This is the worst Starbucks! I said I wanted an iced vanilla latte. They gave me an iced coffee latte with vanilla syrupy add on. And when I complained that though it seems same thing, price is different and told the store that other store gives vanilla latte directly. They critiqued my expression of vanilla latte - you should say blonde vanilla latte and this is what we have in this store. And they refused to do order correction. And when I left the Starbucks front desk and was ready to call Starbucks customer service. I heard they laughed at me. I have never seen a store with such attitude! Wrong order causing different price but say this is customer’s fault! And laugh at customer!So disappointed!

Perfectly acceptable Starbucks. If you have a problem then stop ordering the most inane unnecessarily complicated drinks and then complaining if the baristas have to take more time on decoding your convoluted order.

Great service and it’s nice having it on the second floor away from the insanity from the first floor. Escalators seem to be out of service often.

They never properly make the drinks right and proceed to judge you for your order making it seem like it such a hassel for them.

I absolutely love going to this Fred Meyer and picking up a Starbucks while I shop! This grocery store has everything I need, and more. The produce is always fresh, the meat is top quality, and the coffee always taste great! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. I really appreciate the store's cleanliness and organization - it makes the experience so much easier. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the coffee. I also love the convenience of the online ordering and pickup service, which has made my life so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience!

Some not so good customer service.

We waited for the Ladie to help us but she was busy with other items. Which I understand but she ignored us while we were standing there. We had to ask if they were still open and then she told us she had work to do and we had to wait.

This starbucks is very relaxing but the customer service is horrible. I went there today around 5 pm, sat at a table and mobile ordered as usual. But when my order came in the baristas looked at my order and started laughing at it. They kept repeating all my customizations out loud and making fun of it. It was so rude. I will never come back to this starbucks again. If I could give 0 star, I definitely would. Too bad I couldn’t do it.

Usually they do an amazing job but today at 3:30 p.m. they did a horrible job I understand that there's only two people but they ran out of whipped cream they didn't even do my caramel frappuccino nowhere near how it's supposed to be done I'm just not happy with the situation at all very disappointed.

I told them i want to use rewards and they charge me, when i said i need you return money they refuse and offer me a free drink card and i say can i use it now they say no. No refund nothing!!!! Great customer service !!!!!

Awful. The 2 ladies were both new and had no clue how to ring anyone up or make the drinks. Waited a LONG time before I walked away. Whoever manages this Starbucks needs to do their job.
