Easily the worst customer service at any Subway. No one else was in the store, yet I had to repeat my order three times at each interval because staff was not listening. They were too busy carrying on personal conversations in spanish. Literally, never come here again.

Horrible service. Made an online order, the toppings were incorrect. When calling to correct my order, they accused me of being dishonest and asked that I come in to watch the cameras for evidence of the wrong toppings. This is completely unprofessional.

This may be the best subway in all of Washington state. I travel around the state for work and this subway stands out among the many I visit. I've been here probably a dozen times and every time it is clean, staff is friendly and the food is consistently high quality. This should be the standard to which all other subways are held. My hat is off to the manager, the franchisee, and the great staff that make this an absolutely joyous place to get a sandwich. Thank you for renewing my faith in subway restaurants.

This place is constantly packed!!! I'm encouraging everyone to give higher a star ratings. Management is great! Well run,, clean, food is consistent. The ladies working here are hard working, hustle, and enjoy whaT they do! So pleasant here!!

Community feel. Family and dog friendly, walk ability! So much more! We do need some kind of big box store to replace Macy’s. With so much retail going out of business it’s difficult. How about “Fireworks”, Soft Surroundings, Nordstrom Rack. Did rents for up with new management? Eddie Bauer outlet, small post office, more community events to draw people in! Great job at Christmas. Give a portion of tent money (however small) back to the Redmond community. Lots of us like to shop local. Is a hardware store like McClendons a possibility...or a small room dedicated to REGISTERING people to vote.

Hadn't been to this Subway in several years but looks like they have updated it a bit. Ordered steak & cheese with double meat. I love that they put on as much as you want of the veggies. Bread was fresh and had it toasted. It was as good as ever.
Service was ok but the food is always fresh and tasty

Fabulous mall unfortunately they are losing business in the mall. It’s turning into more of a food center and hotel mall than s place to purchase items like clothing.
