no idea why they lock the door at 5:30 and light is on but no one seen.

Its a subway so the atmosphere isn't exactly the best, not to say its not clean because it certainly is. But the paint is like 6 years old, the sign needs cleaning. The front door is busted Into.
However I will say this.
The two guys I see working here what seems like 7 days a week. Definitely do an amazing job they are friendly, timid gentlemen who know how to get the job done, they are always cleaning working hard and always handling the food with care.
The one lady I see working here once in a while. Shes funny. Sometimes has a sassy attitude towards me but I think its playful and shows a good sense of character.
Out of all the subways ive been to in the 15+ years ive been eating sandwiches from AZ to WA
I can say this place definitely deserves an award of sorts.

The place is clean, but it smells bad. This is definitely not the Subway you want to sit down and eat at. And there are plenty of better places nearby. Small parking lot.

Likely because I ordered online and used an app only deal?
I asked them for a piece of the paper so I can wrap my footlong’s halves separately (on my own). They refused and said that they’ll have to charge me for two 6in if they gave me an extra sheet of paper. Crazy!
Just find another subway.

Ordered a sandwich with double meat online and i didn't receive double meat portions. This is the second time I have had some kind of missing or problem with my order. Usually subway is pretty good about there online orders in shoreline but redmond subway fails at make sure the subs are made to order.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time was fine in lunch a few months ago. I had a decent experience.
Second time was yesterday. The employee was super rude and was constantly irritated. It was only one person behind the counter, but please don’t take your frustration out on customers.
I regularly buy foot longs and get them packed in two as it’s easier to eat. He said if he packs them separate, he is going to charge it as separate subs and not as a foot long. I’ve never had such terrible service at any subway location.

Every time I go to this subway, they seem to close early. I love subway because they are decently healthy food that is open past 9pm but it's not very helpful when they close by 9:30 despite saying they are open until 10pm. I arrived around 9:45 the other day, so hungry and walked out empty handed from locked doors

Today, I was told that the coupons I received from subway are not applicable to all subs. They are limited to a list of 5 subs( which were already cheaply priced) for eg. Veggie delight is 8.99 and coupons are. 8.99 . It was hilarious and completely absurd. The management of subway location - this is violation of customer rights. It's simply unacceptable. Please shut down your location if you can't handle a business instead of trying to rip of your customers. One way or the other, it's loss to your business and overall customer base subway has.

We initially walked into the store to place our order but then noticed the BOGO offer available for pickup orders. So we placed a pickup order instead — big mistake. The staff member was visibly annoyed when he realized we went for the deal. From that moment on, he was extremely rude, ignored us completely, and when we finally got the food, it was the worst sub I have ever had in the United States.
There were no sauces, barely any meat, and the portion size was a joke. It was 100% intentional and petty behavior. I looked at the reviews after this disaster, and guess what? Tons of complaints about pickup orders being trashed or ignored. Clearly, this location has a history of treating customers like garbage if they don’t pay full price in-store.
How is Subway still allowing garbage locations like this to operate? If you care even a little bit about your customers, do something about these awful franchisees. This experience was enough for me — never eating at Subway again.
