Ordered a sandwich with double meat online and i didn't receive double meat portions. This is the second time I have had some kind of missing or problem with my order. Usually subway is pretty good about there online orders in shoreline but redmond subway fails at make sure the subs are made to order.

I’ve been to this location twice. First time was fine in lunch a few months ago. I had a decent experience.
Second time was yesterday. The employee was super rude and was constantly irritated. It was only one person behind the counter, but please don’t take your frustration out on customers.
I regularly buy foot longs and get them packed in two as it’s easier to eat. He said if he packs them separate, he is going to charge it as separate subs and not as a foot long. I’ve never had such terrible service at any subway location.

Every time I go to this subway, they seem to close early. I love subway because they are decently healthy food that is open past 9pm but it's not very helpful when they close by 9:30 despite saying they are open until 10pm. I arrived around 9:45 the other day, so hungry and walked out empty handed from locked doors

Mexican guy is extremely rude. Yelled at us to get in line while we were check pickup shelf. Never coming to this place
Extremely rude behavior for an online order... refused to cancel the order or make the sandwich saying you came early to pickup your order.

Today, I was told that the coupons I received from subway are not applicable to all subs. They are limited to a list of 5 subs( which were already cheaply priced) for eg. Veggie delight is 8.99 and coupons are. 8.99 . It was hilarious and completely absurd. The management of subway location - this is violation of customer rights. It's simply unacceptable. Please shut down your location if you can't handle a business instead of trying to rip of your customers. One way or the other, it's loss to your business and overall customer base subway has.

We initially walked into the store to place our order but then noticed the BOGO offer available for pickup orders. So we placed a pickup order instead — big mistake. The staff member was visibly annoyed when he realized we went for the deal. From that moment on, he was extremely rude, ignored us completely, and when we finally got the food, it was the worst sub I have ever had in the United States.
There were no sauces, barely any meat, and the portion size was a joke. It was 100% intentional and petty behavior. I looked at the reviews after this disaster, and guess what? Tons of complaints about pickup orders being trashed or ignored. Clearly, this location has a history of treating customers like garbage if they don’t pay full price in-store.
How is Subway still allowing garbage locations like this to operate? If you care even a little bit about your customers, do something about these awful franchisees. This experience was enough for me — never eating at Subway again.

The person got angry and spoke rudely because I redeemed a deal when in the shop which was just a buy one get one 1/2 off. I was just standing there and he told me to go sit down for no reason and he was NOT AT all happy that I had redeemed an online deal. This is ridiculous the way these subway employees have started treating customers because they think they have enough people getting their sandwiches. The issue is that subway corporate has an app in which you can BOGO buy one foot long and get the other one free but this subway employees don’t like it because they think u are doing something wrong but I am only using the app to order in the store which is something which is allowed. Go into this store and order with your app and see how they talk down to you. This employee actually had audacity to tell me two times “Go sit down” when I was simply sanding. He was rude because I had used a coupon. This is true because even before if u bring a coupon to them they get upset. Try it I am not making this up. Corporate keeps giving these discounts to customers and when customer use the discounts the subway employees get angry at the customer or talk rudely to dissuade them from coming to that subway.
Vegetarian options: I would never go here. I would urge people to stop going to this subway till the fight between them and corporate does not demean us.
