The chubby little boy who is there on Sunday mornings is poorly employed and very rude. I don't know why they haven't removed him. He arrived with my son on a Sunday and opened at 1010 instead of 10 am, and he told me and my son I have a big order. without saying hello and he prepared the sandwich poorly even though I gave him the instructions well before he went every day I still don't go they should send him back to Mexico, I was going to leave them cold I didn't even ask if he wanted them hot and cm I told him heh He heated them up, got angry and only put them on for 10 seconds. Miserable people like that employee scare away all the customers.

This restaurant made me the worst subway sandwich ever. I'll make note to make sure to avoid this one. Staff could care less about the sandwiches they make.
Short guy was saying if I wanted more veggies that I needed to pay more... thought it was unlimited veggies. He rolled his eyes and said asking for more onions was bad for business. I said where does it say that you charge more.... Terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. TERRIBLE WORKER FIRE HIM PLEASE

The short guy working there is an idiot who lacks basic etiquette to deal with a customer, made me wait for 10 mins just cause the delivery time on my order was ten minutes later. The sandwich was ready on the counter and there was absolutely no one else in the store but he just plain refused to hand it over just cause of the delivery time on my order. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS, WORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE.

Don’t know why the owner doesn’t take any action against that short guy. He is the worst. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I believe Subway management should look into both, that guy and the owner.That guy does not even have basic manners or etiquettes, does not even know how to behave in front of kids.If anyone wants to experience insult, rudeness or wants to have THE WORST SUBWAY of their life, its a must go location.

We go to this Subway 4-6 times a month and spend around $250-$300 dollars a month at this Subway. Normally, the employees are kind and always make our sandwiches really good, so we pay with card and leave a $5-$8 dollar cash tip every time. But this time, it was the worst Subway experience ever. A short, Hispanic guy took our order and he looked irritated and was rude. He was giving us a hard time just to add a little more sauce to our sandwiches. I normally don’t take the receipt but this time he was taking a long time on the register so I felt suspicious so I took the receipt. He charged us 14 Bag Fees. Upon asking, he said it was an extra charge for sauce. We normally don’t mind paying extra for food but he didn’t tell us that it was an extra charge and we never had been charged extra of anything from any Subway before. He added very little chicken to start with and it was not enough chicken and we regularly go to Subway so we know how much chicken it comes with, so we asked for an extra scoop of chicken and we paid for it. Very disappointing. Worst experience ever. Not coming back to this location.Anybody reading this, would suggest to avoid this Subway if possible.
