DO NOT GO IF INTENDING TO USE COUPON-I received a coupon for a BOGO footlong. Excited as I was got into the car and went to my local subway.I read my coupon knew my rights to what I could and could not. I then carefully crafted the ingredients to my entire sandwich, went up to register to pay and was excited to see the savings roll in. To my disappointment they said I could not use my coupon. I thought that was interesting.I reread my coupon and it says No subway sidekicks, The Monster, The MexiCali, Turkey Cali Club, The beast & the the Garlic Roast Beef. Good thing I ordered a Veggie and an Ultimate BMT to which I explained to the cashier that those were not on the list. They then began placing the blame on the owner. Im not sure who is to blame for this but as a customer im not interested. Ultimately I will take my business to other sandwiches places as this soured my experience. An overpriced sandwich is one thing. To disrespect the integrity of a coupon is another.

Total bait and switch. Highly upset that a coupon brought me into this establishment that I haven't been to in years only to read a printed sign that says only 5 sandwiches can be used with any coupon when coupon explicitly excluded only 5 premium sandwiches. Looks like this location isn't hurting for business being only far food restaurant located next to 1000+ multi use residential establishments. Gonna try to order from Subway down the road now and if that's a fail I'll continue to stick with Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's and Firehouse if they ever come.UPDATE: I was able to order with coupon code, no restrictions, online, less than 3 miles away no issues at other location.

I recently visited the Subway store, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The store was clean, and the food tasted good, which are essential factors for any dining establishment. However, I encountered significant frustration when attempting to place an online order.After placing the order and making the payment, it was repeatedly canceled. I reached out to the store, but the staff couldn't provide a clear explanation or help resolve the issue. This was disappointing because I couldn't take advantage of online offers and save time, which is one of the main reasons for using online ordering services.I would recommend the store manager to investigate and address this issue promptly to enhance the overall customer experience. The taste of the food was satisfactory, but the frustration with online ordering needs to be resolved for a more positive experience.
It's a Subway. Always good, but pretty mundane sandwiches at attractive prices. This particular site is remarkably efficient, and it appears the staff sticks around for years. It's ONLY a Subway but it's a good one, and Subway is my go-to for travel food and quick lunches.
