We were told by unfriendly staff that the "franchisee" does not accept coupons. Toaster didn't work. $30 for two unsatisfying soggy sandwiches. We used to love Subway, but seems to have hit rock bottom. We won't return.

Price gauges sandwiches while not accepting coupons. How do you call yourself a business and not give your customers discounts on food every once in awhile? It's a sad world we live in. Or it might just be a sad Subway.

This is probably one of the worst subway franchises I have ever visited. Starting from the customer service to the food organization is HORRIBLE. Please do better !

This Subway is not managed by Subway Corp, and service is far below average subways: extremely slow speed, never pay attention to online orders, etc.

Apparently this Subway location chose not to refresh. They would not take a Subway coupon that we received in the mail. The workers were slow. Our 6" sandwiches were mis-labelled. Gave 2 stars instead on 1 because the workers were trying and basically we like Subway sandwiches. We used to like this location. Next time we will go to a Duvall or Redmond location.

The younger Asian looking guy who was working Monday April 19th at 5:30pm was rude and unprofessional. First off he had no name tag, airpods in both ears and his mask was down below his nose the entire time. He was rude and short with the customer in front of us which continued when it was our turn. He acted like even helping us was a hassle. The cups we paid for for our meal were the wrong ones(he said the larger ones were out of stock) and rather than offer a refund we got a, "I don't know what to do. You can get some chips or something." I visit this location often as it's on my way home but may begin to go elsewhere if the staff acts like he did.
