Worst subway in my experience. We ordered three foot long sandwiches and it was worst with too much sauce and bread not toasted. Bread was burnt in few places. Not sure why they cooked like this in an unpleasant manner. Our taste buds were gone after having these sandwiches. Highly recommend not to order here if you want to have a good lunch or dinner time. They will soon close this branch if they continue to serve customers like this.

I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and got next to none roast beef. Subway is becoming on par with chipotle. Idk why I tried this place out again but willows subway is 20x better than the Redmond fall city subway. Do better fall city subway.

Subway just launched a series of footlong deserts including a churro, that is supposed to be $2, except this store added 99c to each of them, so it $2.99, thats a 50% markup!

Worst subway! I've been through 46 states and have tried this subway a 3-4 times. Bad every time! Always wrong and horrible quality!

Rude staff. Their system never works so I cannot use coupons and scan Subway app!! I wonder if that's really the case or the staff just doesn't want customers to utilize coupons provided by Subway. Quality of food is average compared to other locations in the near by areas.
