Subway just launched a series of footlong deserts including a churro, that is supposed to be $2, except this store added 99c to each of them, so it $2.99, thats a 50% markup!

Worst subway! I've been through 46 states and have tried this subway a 3-4 times. Bad every time! Always wrong and horrible quality!

Rude staff. Their system never works so I cannot use coupons and scan Subway app!! I wonder if that's really the case or the staff just doesn't want customers to utilize coupons provided by Subway. Quality of food is average compared to other locations in the near by areas.

Disgusting service, disgusting behavior. Sunday Morning 10.15 am. Ordered three sandwiches.. All of which had basically no filling, nothing whatsoever. After opening the sandwiches outside the store, I returned immediately. I requested he redo the sandwiches or add more filling (trying to be reasonable by giving him a choice) - HE REFUSED. He laughed and smirked in my face. I asked again, and again he refused, I then asked for a refund - he again LAUGHED SMIRKED, AND REFUSED. He was even looking at the sandwiches, smirking. he KNEW exactly how bad they were - Is he skimming the food? Because none of this made sense at all. The place seemed run down, and not taken care of either. I WILL REPEAT HE REFUSED to re-do, fill with relevant filling, and refused a refund!! I walked out to go get my phone to take pictures - He locked the door behind me and refused another member of my family entry. Therefore No sandwiches and no money... TOTAL RIP OFF PLACE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am not sure how a global business can hire such diabolical people and allow this kind of service to continue. There are plenty of people out there with great customer service skills. This guy DOES NOT deserve this job, nor should he be in a customer service-facing role. I am guessing due to new faces (traveling) he may have thought he could get away with skimming the food and then refusing to fix. Shut this place down or employ better staff or management - there's no way this guy could be management surely not! I was not going to complain at all but two days later and here I am still shocked by this disgusting treatment.

Very rude staff. I want to give -ve 5 but there is no option. He didn't put enough veggies in a veggie delight and when asked for more, he was very rude. Please avoid going to this

This subway doesn't deserve any stars. If you want bread with only mayo eat here. They served very disgusting food and locked there door when refund was asked. This place is disgusting and a scam. Do not eat here. Hopefully they get shut down from a health inspector.

Stopped in for lunch at about 1:15pm on 7/16/23, asked a few questions, which seemed to annoy the guy that was working who was preparing online orders. He even continued to give me dirty looks after I sat down. Bro, it's ok for customers to ask questions, as it's our hard earned money we are forking over. Rule #1 in the restaurant business, dont take things personal, you work for a company, and that company charges prices for items that you dont have control over, and when a consumer asks about pricing, dont assume we all go to subway everyday and should know or understand how the pricing works. Utilize this as a learnig opportunity to grow and further your career. Assume every consumer has never been to your restaurant, and be the expert at answering any possible questions, professionally and courteously. Your business is a fast food business, consumers are potentially on their lunch break, which can be only 30 min, and every minute counts for them, and any help you can provide so they dont have to stare at the smorgasbord of menu items above your head trying to find the pricing for the item they want, or if a combination of items is possible, the quicker you get them on their way so they can spend lunch time actually eating lunch, which is a win-win for everyone. I ultimately decided not to dine-in and eat in my vehicle instead. I'm still giving 4 stars, as the food did appear and taste fresh, and the lady that took my order, was very professional and courteous, despite my multiple questions or confusion about a few things. Probably been to subway once or twice in 10 years.

I've gotten food here before and it's not horrible (it's par for Subway) but today I show up near the close time and the clerk just told me to leave cause they were already closed. They had customers literally walking out with their food but I guess he didn't feel like making one more sandwich. Very disappointing especially since it's the only food near my work ?
