Came here for the kolache and wasn’t what o expected The sausage is just larger sausage that’s cut in half very chewy and the dough is just too soft almost like undercooked It kind of collapses also got some donut holes and they were very dry.

Simple, classic, no frills donut shop that helped keep me sane when I was working the night shift; whenever things got especially ragged around 4 am, I was always able to pep myself back up by remembering that Sunrise would open soon. Their donuts may not be as fancy as some places, but they're well-made and quite reasonably priced (at time of writing, $1.95 to $2.50 per donut, or $21-$30 for a dozen). I've been less impressed with their non-donut breakfast options, but that's a minor issue for me. Can't comment on the espresso, since I've only ever had drip. I'm no longer on the night shift, but Sunrise is still my go-to whenever I've got a craving. Even if you don't work nights, I recommend getting there early, both because their quantities are limited and because their bacon maple/chocolate bars are absolutely divine when they're fresh and the bacon is still warm.

Such a good shop still around. Absolutely love this place, customer over a decade plus. Everything is delicious but their ham & cheese croissants, spicy kolaches and buttermilk bars are what I’ve always gone back for. Go early.

If you are going to do the caloric splurge of eating a doughnut, this is the place to get it. They have an excellent variety and the flavors are spot on. You want to come early though, they start to sell out of things by mid morning. The owners are really kind, all around a nice place to go.

Great variety and super friendly staff!! Whenever I try something new, it becomes a new favorite. The cherry glazed donuts are especially so fun and delicious.

If you need a kick, get the Vietnamese iced coffee. Make sure you get to the bathroom fast enough first. That caffeine packs a punch. Yummy dounuts as well.

Donuts are great. The employees don't say much but they are accurate. Small space.

This place is a long-standing fixture in Redmond (20 years+). It's small and cozy. It has a nice concept: donuts served between sunrise and noon.

As for the donuts themselves, they are, unfortunately, pretty mediocre.
