Redmond location I have not been impressed with. I have gone 2x now within 2 years and the 2nd visit was the same as the 1st visit. Food was gross, staff wasn't friendly and didn't get my order or requests accurate. I was brought the wrong order and they didn't bring any condiments after asking me. So, when I asked again with Splenda they brought only the condiments. So, after asking for Splenda again I received attitude and waited long enough my coffee actually got cold. The bill took forever to come after we were done and we waited 20 minutes for a to go cup of coffee but they didn't bring any sugar, sweetener or creamer. They did come to top off once throughout the meal. The waiter was kind enough as opposed to the runner but not worth coming back for price vs. Service. All other locations I have been to have been wonderful just not Redmond.

The quality is pathetic, and the prices are insulting. I've been going here 20+ years, and the quality has *plummeted* in recent years to the point that it doesn't even feel like the same restaurant anymore. They replaced everything with cheap ingredients, tiny portions, and *raised* their prices. OPH used to be "a step up" from typical diner fare; these days you will get far better value and equal quality at IHOP or Denny's.

Wow, wow, wow! That is all I can say about The Original Pancake House!A friend invited me recently to brunch here, and I am so glad I went. This place is incredible. I love the classic country/casual diner vibe of this spot. This is a great breakfast or brunch spot for the whole family! The service was great and speedy, and all of the staff were polite and kind.I had the Georgia pecan pancakes with scrambled eggs, and the seasoned potatoes. All of the food I had was absolutely delicious and full of great flavors. The pancakes were delicious and some of the best pancakes that I have ever had. The seasoned potatoes and eggs also had great flavors.I definitely recommend The Original Pancake House for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot!

On 03/27/24 at 0850 we were standing at the door for over 15 mins without being greeted or checked in. Terrible service. We walked out because there were no waiters or greeters at the front. Do not recommend. Don’t open doors to a restaurant that isn’t prepared to serve guests.

Good food, good service. Don't let the signs or reviews about the long wait scare you: we joined the waitlist as we were walking up 74th & it said 20 min wait with 13 parties ahead of us. Got to the restaurant and checked in, and within 5 minutes were seated. Staff was prompt, food was good. Coffee was either old or diluted, go to Starbucks of The French Bakery for that.Corn beef hash was fabulous - salty and savory but not greasy. Potatoes were very bland but I added some black pepper and then they complimented the salty meat well.My party also got banana pancakes, pecan waffles, and the bacon and eggs plate - all of which were very good and about two meals worth of food for the price.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Not only were the servers unable to take a simple to-go order in person, but they insisted that customers download their app to place an order. This inconvenience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
