We had our team lunch there yesterday. I love their Tianfu Sweet and Sour Fish, Spicy Braised Beef stew with Eggplants and Plum Juice.
We had a new team member from east side of the mountain who is not familiar with Chinese food. He loves this place.

No bad food at all! Traditional Sichuan cuisine. Pick up maybe delay sometimes.

Wang Ping Wu

Friendly server and delicious food. I highly recommend hot and sour pork tripes and bamboo shoots! They are celebrating their anniversary with 20% off until the end of April!

We had dinner here on a weekday evening and found the restaurant nearly empty. It was quiet and spacious, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The Sichuan-style food was delicious, and the waitress was very kind, even helping us pack our leftovers. Overall, a great dining experience!

Outstanding szechuan food. Packed with flavor and authentic Chinese cruisine. This restaurant is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants list.

Ask for least spicy. But I don't think it made any difference. Still too spicy to eat. Not sure it is because if the sauce is pre made, spicy level cannot be controlled. Would have been very delicious if it was not that spicy

Great authentic food with an extensive menu to explore. Easy location and plenty of seating too. Fun spot for a date night or a family dinner. Probably not conducive to picky eaters though, no general tso's or sesame chicken here!

I was really disappointed with their “pork tongue in hot and sour broth” dish. The dish should use the top part of the tongue, which is tender and flavorful. Unfortunately, they used the lower part, which is tough, chewy, and nearly inedible. The other two dishes I ordered were okay, but this one was a major letdown.

TL;DR: Tian Fu Redmond is about as good/bad as the Northgate one. Simple cooking mistakes make me want to eat elsewhere.

Tian Fu isn't bad, but it's not good, either. There are so many great Sichuan restaurants around the Eastside that it's hard to justify eating at a place that can't even make rice properly. Add in over-salted laziji and under-seasoned vegetables and this is the second time I've had a mediocre dining experience at a Tian Fu.

The staff were nice enough. The restaurant was clean. And the decor was pleasant. But it always feels so impersonal ordering from a website. And the ingredients didn't impress.

So it's not that they make horrible food, it's edible, but there's so much room for improvement that I can't even justify 3-stars.

I just don't enjoy what Tian Fu offers. I can get the same, made better, elsewhere.
