Not the worst burger I've had, but far from the best. Buns are always dry here. Burgers are overall underwhelming. You will have a better experience if you just order appetizers or non-burger items. Unfortunate that the focus and quality of burger experience is lacking considering they advertise being a burger bar.
Whilst I'm going to sound negative, I'm trying to be complimentary calling Tipsy Cow an upmarket Red Robin. The menu of burgers contains quite a few eclectic choices alongside more staple offerings. The beer menu is really good, so if you want an upmarket beer and burger you will be happy. The ambience is the fairly normal industrial chic with plenty of exposed celings and pipes. The burger was good overall but the Mexican tots were bland and not worth it, didn't eat half and didn't take them for leftovers, also for a burger that comes with fries when you upgrade to onion rings for 3.00 I would think maybe you'd get more than 4 they were good though.
