Great food, but truly horrible customer service. In spite of the unwelcoming gesture from the front desk lady multiple times I continued to order food from there to support them during covid, but today was the last straw to my patience. I was travelling out of town so ordered food for my dinner and asked them if they could pack the food in a non-spill container instead of the regular Styrofoam box to avoid any spillage during my 5 hour car ride, the lady said i can bring my own containers and can transfer it. I was totally fine with it, when i went to pickup, she saw me with the containers and gave me a very disapproved look and very reluctantly agreed to let me transfer the food there, then when i was about to transfer the food from a table near by, she came running to me asking to stop and showed me another table from where i can do this food transfer business. To my shock that was a used table with 3 plates with half eaten food, used things lying around(cups, spoons, used napkins, food spills etc. I hardly had any place to keep my packed food and my containers, and especially at this covid times asking me to use a table that was just been occupied and left with dirty plates, napkins, cutelry etc was very insensitive of the lady and I felt very discriminated as this kind of treatment towards me was not the first time. I will continue to give my business to them as i want to support a local small business, but i do want to get this review out so Tokyo Teriyaki reads this and hopefully can work on addressing this/change their attitude, also as an fyi to others who have faced similar situation to let the know that they are not alone.

An absolute gem of a place hiding in a small street mall, up in the mountain (urban mountain but still a mountain), with really good quality food, generous portions at fair prices, and good service. They have lots of variety and the lunch deals are awesome for the price. 2 people can easily share one dish and be full. I had the chicken teriyaki and gyozas and it was delish! My husband had the spicy beef and chicken Katsu and they were fantastic! We ate as much as we could and had a enough left to feed the kids for dinner that night! Yeyyy no cooking for me.

One of the most delicious Teriyaki in the Redmond area, but a little bit pricy.the atmosphere inside is clean and has a Japanese touch in it. Tokyo Teriyaki and Apple Teriyaki both located in Redmond are my favorite.

FANTASTIC VALUE and great tasting food. We always have left over next day too. Super nice family run business great to have them open. I enjoy not cooking sometimes. Boyfriend LOVEs their chicken Katsu a which I can not make at all. LOL !! Always CLEAN and cool too.

Amazing food at a fair price, and big portion sizes. Usually have to save half for the next day cause it’s so much food, but it will still taste amazing the next day too! They have the best egg rolls I’ve ever had and I always order extra cause they’re so good :)

Yum! Ordered take out for first time on 4/9/21. Ordered egg rolls, general tso chicken with brown rice and mandarin chicken and vegetable fried rice. It was just the right spice and delicious. Steaming hot too! I love my Chinese food fresh and hot. No complaints - definitely will order again!
