Just came back from a trip to Italy and went here to reminisce on our trip… Sadly realized this place doesn’t serve authentic Italian food. Pizza was too thick and the crust was hard. Seafood spaghetti consisted of what looked and tasted like soft, overcooked Barilla pasta topped with a mountain of calamari and clams that didn’t add any flavor -- like rubbery decoration. The tomato sauce wasn’t infused with any seafood flavor, either, just really salty. To add insult to injury it was extremely overpriced. Unfortunately it was the most disappointing meal I’ve had in recent memory. The bread and spicy garlic oil were the only good part.

I went to this place after a long time with good memories I had from past. I was highly disappointed. Overpriced for a very average food. I went to restaurant as my kids only were hungry and the server told me to order minimum 4 items next time. Basically food quality and taste has gone down and I also did not see customer appreciation that these guys used to show in past.

Great authentic food, excellent service. Went to new location for the first time, was cosy and nice.
Fantastic. Pretty good dishes and super friendly stuff. My wife got a surprise desert cake for her birthday. We were so glad we picked them for her birthday dining.

Been going there for 15 years.Best pasta. Period. However, revised my previous rating of 5 to 3 because the prices have gone absolutely crazy. Prior to the place burning down I was able to get my pasta carbonara for $17 and it is now $23 before tax. $26 after tax for a simple pasta dish is not acceptable.

The best Italian food you will get in the PNW. I am 100% Italian and very picky with authentic Italian food and this place is THE BEST! I have eaten at many Italian Restaurants in Seattle and Tropea has them all beat. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend a visit!
The best Shrimp fettuccine, calamari, Italian food in Redmond made fresh, the flavor and customer service is excellent. Good selection of wines ? and the delicious homemade dessert and coffee ☕️ is a must! Gracias

Was really sad when the original place burned down. Was happy to see when they reopen. The new location tried it out today and it was great. I walked in when they opened and there were already 4 large groups. There were about three servers, one hostess, and the rest were Cook staff. I ordered Manicott with Italian sausage and it was really good.
