Received package, however the item was not in the package. I only received a packing slip. So I contacted the company the guy I spoke with was nice. (Thanks Ben)But he stated he can can refund my money, but I told him the money wasn’t the issue I just wanted the item I purchased for my upcoming Christmas party , he stated it wouldn’t make it here in time for my party. Bomber please hire some better workers that actually pack the items into the packages before shipping.

They may not have a retail store anymore but I buy online and still get the fantastic naturally colored sugars and sprinkles, every time they get my order out to me faster than expected. Only one time there was an issue with a delivery (not their fault) yet they sorted it out and made sure I had what I needed in time for my party. My latest order was a set of all the Donut sugars colors so I could make a rainbow of donuts for my granddaughters bday, She loved them.

Drove out today in pouring rain after doing a happy dance over finding a place nearby with natural baking supplies. Nearly an hour into their stated business hours I arrive to a dark storefront. Knocked and no response. If this is an online-only business it would be helpful to have it listed somewhere.
Looked for this place for over 20 minutes and couldn't find it. There is a sign at the end of the building that says it is here, but there are no storefronts with that name. Everything looks like offices. I think that it's a online business only, that's trying to say that it has a actual store, but doesn't. Not sure why.
