Employees all stood at the register with no greetings when walking in and when approaching one walked away. Would recommend farine or Paris baguette for better employee attitudes and atmosphere.

Just stopped in for coffee and a croisant, but I'd certainly be back gor more. The service and the atmosphere were well worth the stop.

Vibe was cool, well designed, but not really my thing. Coffee was very average, it wasn’t really bad, but wasn’t good either. Prices were high (but that is expected considering the location) staff were warm, and atmosphere was cozy. Good if you want coffee for a study, not the best if you’re expecting a great cup of coffee.

Out of drip, asked to have it replaced, which it was plonked on the counter for me to take care of. The coffee in it was lukewarm. First time and last time.

I’ve stopped here a few times over the years because a friend likes to go here. The drip coffee was not hot and I had forgotten that from earlier visits. A dollar for a refill seems too high . I’m also put off by the lack of drink prices posted on their board behind the counter as well as in the pastry case.

Walter, the previous grumpy owner, is gone. The coffee is great, best independent coffee shop in Redmond. They lack Wi-Fi, on purpose, to encourage people to disconnect and talk. That's good! The lady suppling their chocolate chip cookies retired and that's a shame, their previous chocolate chip cookie offerings were the best I've had in my life, barring Mom's.

I’ve gone to Victor’s for years. It’s all a local coffee shop should be—comfy, welcoming, intimate but big enough for groups. The coffee is good and the simple food excellent.

Victor’s Celtic Coffee & Roasters isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a sanctuary. Nestled in the heart of Redmond, this place feels like a cozy cottage you stumble into on a misty walk through the Irish countryside. It’s warm, inviting, and full of character, literally. Every nook is packed with eclectic decor, handwritten notes, and Celtic vibes that make the space feel like a storybook.

The Coffee:
The beans are roasted in-house and it shows. Whether you’re into a dark, earthy roast or something lighter with floral notes, they’ve got you covered. The baristas know their stuff and pour every drink with intention. The espresso drinks are rich and smooth, and their house special, the “Victor’s Mocha” is a chocolatey dream without being overly sweet.

This is where Victor’s really shines. Think: low lighting, stained-glass lamps, rustic wood furniture, and quiet indie music in the background. It’s the kind of place where you can write a novel, have a deep conversation, or just sit and reflect. The handwritten signs everywhere make you feel like you’re part of a community, not just a customer.

Friendly and unpretentious. The staff treats you like a regular even if it’s your first time. You’ll often find locals reading, remote workers nestled into corners, and friends catching up over a fresh pastry.

Went in at around 9:30am for a take out 8oz matcha latte. The attending baristas were not hospitable at all, no smiles not any greeting. The matcha latte tasted like warm milk. Latte not well blended and very little matcha taste. There are plenty of coffee places in downtown Redmond now. I don't think I will ever go back to this one.

Not friendly to all economic classes. They operate in a "If you have to ask, you can not afford" mentality. We asked to see a menu with prices and they told us no.. I wasn't about to play guess and check so I went to Farine down the road.

There are no price tags on any products. I asked the baristas how so, they said they don't know.
Sketchy.
Coffee beans are good though.
