Service was slow. Possibly understaffed. No clear lines for order pick ups vs order in restaurant. They forgot part of our order. They forgot part of the order for the person in front of us too. I’d prefer to not return to this location.

I guess I will no longer be going to this wendys since I can no longer order hamburgers through the mobile app or website for this specific location. All other wendys locations seem to still give the option to order hamburgers.

Ordered chicken strip meal and a Dave’s triple. They got the triple wrong. I went up and said something the person who took our order proceeded to argue with me and the nana remade the order

I got a baked potato and it was the nastiest thing. Not only was it completely underwhelming to look, the taste and smell was just OFF. Even the sour cream tasted spoiled. It was disgusting

Visited twice. First time the order was wrong but they had just opened and it was crazy busy. 2nd time was great. Food was quick, hit, and tasted fresh. Staff was nice to me and everyone they interacted with. The place was very clean and someone checked the dining room every few minutes. I'm happy Wendy's has come to Monroe.

The person taking orders in the drive thru didn't speak or understand English. I tried several times to order the food I wanted but she couldn't understand me. I went to KFC instead.

My spouse and I go in regularly, separately and get completely different service. I’m white passing and my spouse is brown. We have a white friend who goes I often and says survive is good so, there is some consistency to their discrimination. Too bad

They charge .55 cents for extra sauces like Ranch, BBQ, etc. I mean its ridiculous!! You only get 1 sauce packet a meal. Like really, what's the point of giving just 1 pack of sauce a meal, its insane they should put at least 2 if they're going to charge for extra packs!! I know its just sauce but its the principle! They already tax the heck out of the meals itself. Why would you tax that much for sauce packs!!

Legit Wendys. Food is always solid. Sometimes a bit slow. If you go through the drive through, you literally can't park as it sends you off on a one way street in the opposite direction.

So order ahead and pick up inside if you want to eat in the parking lot

The young lady with a ponytail needs a raise of at the least amount of
25 cents an hr. Respect, speed and her smile was the highlight of my visit.
My KUDOS to her and the crew!! You should be proud.
