I can deal with the occasional cold fries and nuggets but I can’t stand the consistently rude and grumpy workers. Like if you dont want to be there then just leave. Do yourself a favor and just go to McDonald’s instead.

I gave this Redmond location two tries, breafast yesterday I got stale inedible sausage biscuit and seasoned potatoes. Today two son of bacaonators with literally not one strip of bacon to be found. Just a sloppy ketchup mayo double cheeseburger.

Holy cow. People are just so impatient. To be fair, every time i have come in here, it takeS awhile for someone to be at the front kiosk even if theres no one/very few people in the drive thru, and you can hear the employees chit chatting and giggling in the back. Most dont speak much english, so knowing Spanish will make the trip here easier if you do anything like add on extras. if i could give the customers/doordashers a rating, yall would be a 0. Its clear that they dont know much english and it was busy when i came in, GIVE THEM A DAMN SECOND. It doesnt take much patience to say "hey, can get some onions" instead of leaning over the counter pointing in a ladys face and just saying "OnIoNs"

The food was alright, however was incorrect, mainly due to the employee I spoke with in the drive through, who made it feel like they wanted us out of there more than anything, and it was not the most pleasant experience.

I stop by once every couple of months and grab their cheap junior cheeseburgers and a fries. They’re always tasty and the service is always good.
Staff at the drive through are really rude and don’t even understand what you say I have had bad experience a total of 8 times now this is ridiculous Why put someone on drive through knowing you don’t even speak English. I have worked in customers services for 10 years and I know how the this works. At some point I would think the manager would see this and do something about it make some changes. (Seems like it has not happen ) A few times I pull up through the drive through to get my food and there laughing very disrespectful on all the staffs part that participated in this. I will be reaching out to the head quarters so maybe they can do make some changes

Krabby Patty meals, well, not bad, really, but not vegan either. Still lots of fun, so highly recommended.
I drove via drive through for my mobile order. The staff kept asking my name for five times although I kept repeating it. I also showed her my order details and confirmation email including my name. She refused to listen and She insisted that I park my car and pick up my order in store. I got my order immediately when I walked in. Why did she ask me to do that? Why couldn’t she give me my order directly? I don’t get it. poor service. So rude
