So good, with an incredible whiskey selection. The bartender is excellent, and Jorge was a terrific host and server. Thank you!

This place is part of a thriving downtown area with outdoor seating and a beautiful park across the street, giving ample people watching opportunities.
Street parking is free on weekends. The underground parking is limited to condos and specific businesses.
We were seated immediately at 1:30 on a Saturday. We chose to sit outside. They placed our party of four at a very slanted table, so drinks and food repeatedly tried to slide down to the low end of our tables.
That said, two of us ordered the 21 day dry-aged burgers and the other two ordered breakfast tacos. One of the burgers was ordered was no cheese and plus avacado. The no cheese threw the cook for a loop, thinking it was an allergy so the cheese was left off the upgraded truffle fries. I asked about this and was told they would bring a side of the shredded parm which was supposed to be on them.
I think if the cheese was placed on the fries while hot, it would have melted to them a bit and been better. As is, it was loose cheese shreds I had to actively pinch to the fry and I quickly decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The fries tasted like truffle oil but I don't know where the rosemary was. Based on this, I don't think they are worth paying more.
I didn't realize the avacado was forgotten, at first, as my burger was bunless and had lettuce covering it. I had to ask staff cleaning up tables to find our waitress repeatedly for these issues as well as water and coffee refills. She was friendly...just not very attentive. I saw her attending to other guests well. I think she dismissed us because no one ordered alcohol and two of us had only water. Unfortunately this assumption the customer will not tip well or isn't worth thier time because of drink choices or casual appearance is common.
My other half says the gluten free bun is the dreaded Udi's...dry. I wish restaurants would use Franz instead. It has better flavor and simply superior texture.
The breakfast tacos were said to be good by my son and his girlfriend. They were well filled and were accompanied by delicious chunks of roasted red potatoes.
Overall...I would return. I hope the waitress thinks twice before making unfounded assumptions about guests in the future. My scruffy looking, rocket engineer at Blue Origin son paid the bill and he always tips well.

Randomly got here for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised by the food options, had burrata, chicken pate and gnocchi, everything was delicious. Good service too.

Wonderful birthday dinner location. High quality cocktails (old fashion). Fries, burgers both great! Gnocki with brisket was divine. Mac & Cheese with pork belly... Mac and cheese was great, but I was expecting a melt in your mouth pork belly and it was not.

Over rated bar.
In house food was good and service was friendly and fast. At the end of my meal I ordered a to go to bring home for my husband. The waiter told me the fries don't travel well so I opted for the Caesar salad. I got home and had been given the fries. He was correct, they did not travel well.

Our server, Dan A was super professional and courteous.
He recommended The Halibut dish that was phenomenal & the Lobster sandwich with a generous amount of Lobster 🦞.
We enjoyed our meals very much & we will be back.
Please also thank your kitchen staff for preparing such yummy dishes.

Woodblock quickly became a favorite spot for us while on vaction in the area. Their appetizers, specifically the cauliflower, wings and mac and cheese were incredible. They had a nice selection of beverages and entrees. With the great food, super nice wait staff and great outdoor seating, we really enjoyed our 3 meals and will miss this fun, vibrant eatery.

I’ve been coming here for five years regularly. Karissa, our regular bartender, is amazing. All the staff is friendly but she never fails to surprise us with the latest whiskey that just came in, or a new dish we have to try. The selection of imbibed and eats is outstanding. It’s always a good experience.

Wonderful adult lunch food, the burger is awesome, the Falafel bites are out of this world. Whiskey/rye selection is great, Karissa our bartender is consistently awesome, the atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or a romantic dinner, or just a late night muse. Love.

I was really disappointed after seeing so many great reviews. We ordered the dry-aged burgers and a beef tartare. The tartare was okay, but the burgers were honestly the worst I’ve ever had, so dry that even a frozen burger at home would’ve been better. Service wasn’t great either. We paid $82 for a meal that was just not worth it. Overall, a very bad experience.

They have a phenomenal pickle lemonade on the menu right now. Service and staff are great. Food is also solid for value. Great neighborhood spot with a cool bar program.

Spicy carrots are a must-have! The watermelon salad was awesome, too!
We visited a brewery down the street, and the owner recommended this place. Dan was our server, and he provided some fantastic recommendations! For our first round, we tried the Woodblock Old Fashioned made with Stagg, and for the second round, we chose the rye. Both were delicious! The Stagg had a bit of spice and seemed to be high-proof. I also ordered the steak, which was cooked to perfection.
