Heard good things about Zeeks and man, very disappointing. Dough was raw and wet, sauce had ZERO flavor and the chicken looked like it was IQF and boiled. Even the bacon looked like a pre bought product and wasn't even rendered. $35 to throw out a medium pizza. No thanks.

I tried dining in and was looking forward to trying Zeeks for the first time but was discriminated against by the manager within 5 minutes of entering and traumatized so badly I lost my appetite & executive function for two days following and had to stay home from work. I’m an autistic adult with lower support needs who needs a service animal (7lb dog that I hold the entire time) when in public. After being harassed for the second time I showed my credentials (which isn’t legally required) but the manager was aggressively harassing me and refused to give his name (chubby white dude, backwards cap with about a 8 inch reddish beard) just continued to traumatize me with his poor attitude, terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. I was treated more like an animal than a customer so I left right away. I contacted corporate but have had NO response.
I have NEVER experienced such toxic behavior before and completely disgusted with the people allowed to represent this company.

We have been getting Zeeks pizza for years but tonight was our last time. We placed an order for delivery at 5:30pm, the confirmation email had a delivery time of 6:20. We got a notification at 6:24 that the pizza was just picked up. At 7pm I called the restaurant asking for an update since it was already 40 min late. They said the driver was having issues with the app and should be there soon. The pizza finally got delivered at 7:20 a full hour after the original delivery time and the pizza was completely cold not even warm to the touch, we had heat it back up in our oven before eating it. I should also note we had added a $20 tip for the delivery when we ordered. My recommendation is if you want to get pizza from Zeeks you should pick it up since delivery is unreliable.

I ordered 35 pizzas on very short notice and they were able to get it done on time, and the delivery driver was super nice and patient.

Disappointed bc last time we ate there, the wait staff absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. And that made me wonder who in the kitchen was covered in cigarette smoke too. These are all people who handle food you mean to eat. Sorry but that’s just unacceptable. If you work at a restaurant, and handle people’s food, you simply shouldn’t be allowed to smoke while you’re there (or come to work reeking of smoke). Won’t be back.

I usually buy pizzas from this place through delivery platforms because they are really good. Today I went to get a pizza for myself to be delivered, I wanted to grab a magazine of houses for sale that were at the entrance and the person who delivered the pizza took it out of my hand Telling me that those magazines were only for people who were going to eat at the restaurant, That was unfair and classist. It seems to me that the worker who told me that was only fulfilling an order, but it is not good for the people who frequent that restaurant, even if they are making online purchases.
