Greatest burgers!! Greatest staff!! I expressed interest in their pork bellies but had already ordered a burger so said I would try next time. In the bag of orders was a sample of the pork belly for me to try. I thought that was very sweet and sure roped me in on it. Thank tot very much

Stayed at Curlew lake and resort manager recommended this truck. It was actually very good and I kept coming here every day instead of eating whatever I brought with me to cook. Next time I will bring less food and just eat here.

Went on the advice of the bartender over at the local brewpub and damn! Tried all varieties of tacos - Fat Guys style - and paired them with the onions fingers. Great food truck. If your in Republic it's a must stop.

Great bacon cheeseburger exactly what I was craving. Love the sweet pickles too! Took less than ten mins to have ready. The couple of sweet potato fries I stole from my partner are good, haven't had a chance to try the regular fries yet as I am full from my massive burger. I'll be back 🤘🏿😁

Greatly disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a smash cheeseburger and some fries for myself but in total spent 30$ for only 2 meals!!! (Drinks not included)With that kind of price I would demand at least have ok fries. Might have been some of the worst fries I’ve ever tasted in my life. And the burger quality was just down right average. And they charge for ketchup 😂 I’m sure if you’re local this spot might not be too bad but if you’re visiting from out of town DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I live over in Aeneas Valley and we had an out of state friend come and visit. We went on a drive from AV to Highway 21 after chores, and pulled into Republic late for a Sunday night. Miner Saloon had their hours wrong on their google listing and were closed, which left Fat Guys as the only open option, and I’m very glad for that! Probably the best food in Republic. And we pulled into 10 min before they were closed and ordered quite a bit, and all of it was delicious. Appreciate you guys so much, thanks for being awesome!
