I live over in Aeneas Valley and we had an out of state friend come and visit. We went on a drive from AV to Highway 21 after chores, and pulled into Republic late for a Sunday night. Miner Saloon had their hours wrong on their google listing and were closed, which left Fat Guys as the only open option, and I’m very glad for that! Probably the best food in Republic. Their food is unmatched in price and the amount you get in that price? Worth every penny. My Person and I had The Big Daddy yesterday! We shared it and it was the best! And the owners and their workers are the best.
This place is Excellent! They have a great selection of comfort foods. They have great customer service. Reasonable prices. They have a fitting name! We have had food from here several times. Always served Hot and Fresh! My Husband really enjoys the food. My favorite thing is the BLT wrap. It is absolutely STUFFED with goodness. My Husband is a smoked pork belly fan!!! We will be repeat customers!!!! Thank you FAT GUYS!!
