We loved all of the ladies who served us during our week-long stay in Republic, WA. We tried new drinks, like the iced coffee with 'toddy shots', I think? We also tried a Lotus drink, that was yummy and gave you a smooth pick me up. We can't wait to visit the area again, because everyone was so friendly (with the exception of one grouchy young lady at one of the local grocery stores), and everyone seemed to love being there!!
We chatted with the owner, who was working this morning, and she was so kind and fun to talk to. She made an amazing popping boba lotus drink, and a phenomenal iced toasted marshmallow mocha. My sister and BIL each got a drink and loved theirs as well!
They are so much more than baristas, they are kind hearted locals who support their hometown and make you feel welcome each time you stop by. I’ve enjoyed many great coffees and chats with these ladies!
