This place is fantastic! They source and roast their beans to perfection. I usually get a Latte made with oat milk or regular milk and both are great. The espresso is strong enough to not be overpowered by the milk yet smooth enough that 2 shots work well in a small size.Once a week I like to enjoy a delicious smoked pork burrito bowl. The small is more than enough for me. The black bean corn salsa has a nice kick, and I was quite happy to find Tapatio among their vast selection of hot sauces.The staff and owners are friendly and helpful, and place is super cozy. There is a decent amount of seating inside and a deck outside.

So one time I went there and they were out of ice cream for the espresso milkshakes(SO GOOD!) and the owner gave me and my girlfriend both a card for a free drink for next time, and im pretty sure he didn't charge us for whatever we ordered in place of the espresso shake! That is above and beyond great customer service! The burritos there are just HUGE&delicious, along with the street tacos and sliders! So yummy, I could eat there every day!!!Dietary restrictions: They have lots of dairy options for their drinks and they also have gluten free options for the food they serve!

Great place. Normal priced coffee. Just tell your spouse not to compare the place to a Seattle coffee shop. It is in Republic Washington. Enough said.People were pleasant, and having pulled pork in a breakfast burrito was a first for me.
Loved this gem of a coffee shop in Republic. Food is fresh and wonderfully made. The smoked meats made locally included in many of the entrees almost make me think of it as a bbq place. The food quantities are more than adequate as well. Coffee is great too. Try "Garrett's drool" for an usually good twist on regular coffee drinks. If you are near Republic make it to this great foodie stop at the end of town.

I called and ordered an Italian soda raspberry and it was gross ? there was too much cream in it and you couldn’t taste the raspberry at all and it was mixed when it’s not Supposed to be mixed. Sparkys was 100 times

Fantastic food in Republic!My luncheon friend had a sandwich with a mocha coffee and I had a huge wrap with a cold drink.Both were incredibly delicious!No doubt I will be a very regular customer!
