Been a few times now and it gets worse each time. The last time today was so bad it felt intentional. I'm sure they'll make excuses like the other reviews which is pathetic, you're a business and all the excuses in the world don't matter. The staff mentioned to other patrons that were leaving after eating.....when they got there after us. That "it's not that busy for a Friday night".....so what's the excuse this time? enquiring minds would like to know? So we show up and get told not to order pizza because so many people already ordered pizza but then proceeded to let everyone else after us get pizza and even better is they got their pizza before we ever received our food or refills. My family is interracial and alternative and we were treated 2nd rate. Like I said it felt pretty intentional to us. No tip, since we basically got no service and the food wasn't good after sitting for over an hour. We absolutely will never spend a dime here again. Clearly Steve Os doesn't need our lesser money so we'll take it elsewhere. It's just very on brand for Ferry county in our experience here.

All around best pizza/food, best prices, great service, clean, easily the best and now the only pizza option around. Typical Republic patrons starring like they've never seen other humans before but that's typical around these parts. The employees are super friendly though, kept the table clean drinks full and food served hot.
Kid-friendliness: They are happy to have children which can't be said for other people eating at the same time. Lots of grouchy folks around here.

I've been here twice in the past week. I love everything about this place. The humpty Dumpty burger was the best I've ever had and the chicken pesto pizza was good too
We love this fun, homey place for a casual meal or dessert on the spur-of-the-moment. Every person who works here is a local, so any money you spend stays here in our community. Pizzas are far from my favorite food, so do not take my review on the food as the last best word on Steve-O's. Come for the joy of a relaxed meal here or to take out.

Please DO NOT LISTEN to the bad reviews, the team will inform you, if there's going to be a long wait, way before you make your order; they do not keep quiet about it that's for sure. The minimum wait time is always 15 minutes and worth the wait. I've been a customer of Shannon & Steve's, since 1995, and I have never had a problem with any of their food or service. They have always been a very popular restaurant and are always busy, please call in ahead of time if you are on a schedule. I no longer live in Republic, I moved to Marysville, WA and can say that you still need to call your order in ahead of time even at a fast food restaurant.P.S. Shannon & Steve, Rock!! They have dedicated their lives in order to offer good meals and service to the public....I will ALWAYS eat at Steve O's..If I could give them 10 stars, I would...❤Love from Taylor Swift's cousin Jody! ?
