Excellent food and service

This is the happe ing place in Republic Washington. A Saturday afternoon and lots of locals enjoying the day. The food was excellent t. Breakfast all day. The steak and eggs were cooked just right and the omelet was light and had lots of goodies inside. All in all a great place to stop on a road trip.

Just a recommendation for the garlic cheese curds: if y'all served them with a side of local honey and some kinda hot pepper jelly they would be an unstoppable hit. The only thing missing was a good intentional dipping sauce. I brought them back to camp with me and all i could think of was busting out the Methow honey and local peach habanero jelly I brought along. Can confirm: fabulous pairing. Don't let your fantastic curds lose their luster via ranch/ketchup! Give them the proper framing they deserve 🤘

The burger was good according to my husband. It looked like it was a freshly made patty, not pre-frozen.

I had a reuben, and it was the worst reuben I have ever had! The corned beef was so tough and gristle-filled, it was like shoe leather. I had to pull it apart with my teeth and fingers when I tried to take a bite of the sandwick. Flavor was only ok, but very bland. When I told the (very young) waitress about the meat being so tough, she said, yeah - they buy it in a big package and slice off what they need. No apologies or any compensation for a horrible sandwich.

Also this same waitress NEVER came to check on our meals or if we needed anything until she brought the bill.
