Five stars for the maestro of mixology Cassidy Gonzales! This bartender doesn't just serve drinks; they serve up an experience. Every cocktail is like a magic potion, transforming even the grumpiest of patrons into smiling, story-telling friends. Their shaker is like a wand, and their bar is their kingdom. If you ask for a 'surprise me,' be ready for a flavor adventure that might just make you question your entire life's choices, but in the best way possible....
Friendly staff, decent drink prices, and a virtually unknown Happy Hour every weekday from 2-4pm. With plenty of seating, this Bar is conveniently located in the center of the Ilani Casino, with a 360-degree view of the action.Great meeting spot if headed to the casino separately from the others in a group.
Love being able to come here and sit at a bear during covid! There's cautionary plexi glass installed making things safe. Theres two specific bartenders that are usually there during the day that are so awesome! They're totally willing to make crafty cocktails with all my limits: "something not too sweet, no brown liquor...".
