viet pho was hot and perfect. pho needs to be hot and this place makes it hot (not spicy, but steamy hot). longhouse restaurant near here should try to make it hot as this place. longhouse pho is alright. wish it were hot

Katie and Truc were phenomenal. Truc is the Vietnamese chef, when we got here they were low on Pho, but we were able to get a couple of the lat servings. She personally came out and made sure that the quality was up to parr and it exceeded expectations. The pho broth was clean, flavorful and incredibly light without compromising on flavor. We also got ban, and they were fluffy, and just perfect! Katie was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Honestly a great experience with amazing food. Worth it!

The food was absolutely amazing. Katie was our waitress and she was not only sweet but very professional. We also met our chef Mrs Truc who came personally to check on us and our food. Literally one of the best dining experiences ever!

My favorite dish here is the Bun Thit - noodle bowl which has veggies, vermicelli rice noodles and either shrimp or pork. Comes with a fried spring roll. The flavors are very fresh and ingredients are quality. Delicious! My husband had the general tso chicken which was perfectly spicy and SO good. Thank you, Jacob, for recommending we eat here - we will be back for sure!
