Ichi Teriyaki 30

This is one of our go-to spots when we’re out and about, and need something quick to eat. The service is always very friendly and fast. Their main “board” menu doesn’t have vegan clearly marked but their take out menu does.

Had the chicken teriyaki bowl. Delish.

The Tofu teriyaki didn't even come with Teriyaki. When I called, the guy said that's how it comes but should have had a side of sauce because they don't serve it on there anymore since some people complained... then rudely asked what I wanted to do about it, after I told him we don't live close. He literally asked me if I wanted to come the next day to get sauce... like, seriously?

My family was impressed by this Teriyaki place. It was our first time visiting but we really enjoyed the food. So much so that we stopped a second time on our way home. If you dine in you get a free bowl of egg drop soup which really makes the meal. They had teriyaki salmon which was super good and tender for my Mom who is pescatarian. Their hot and spicy options made my dad happy (GF) and I really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken bowl. They also have very good portions for the price. The first time we split two meals between the three of us and the second time we each got our own and had leftovers. We also got an egg drop soup to go which I have been enjoying so much since coming home. The restaurant was clean and had a cute style. The mirrors and large windows made it feel nice and open. Even when they got a large group in it didn't get too loud and everyone was able to enjoy their meal. Definitely a great place to eat.

I went in to the Ridgefield location last night requesting to purchase a gift card. Harra was very helpful but told me they had not received their cards yet. She said they might be in tomorrow, meaning today 12/21. I explained I was getting it for a co-worker, but I thought I could stop by during my lunch if she thought they would be in. She then offered to come into the restaurant early to find out and she would DELIVER one to me at my work, which is close by. Unfortunately, she had an injury last night and is unable to drive today, but she then made the effort to text me and let me know she is unable to drive. She also called the restaurant to find out whether or not cards had come in and let me know that unfortunately they had not. I am so impressed with Harra and her willingness to go out of her way to help me and to also take the time to text me and follow up! GREAT customer service!!! This has been my favorite Ichi location for a while because of great food and good customer service. Now I can't imagine I will go to any other location!!! Thanks Harra!!!! Merry Christmas!!!

The lady at the front doesn’t know how to charge for certain things, maybe she’s new, but she seemed pretty uneducated. Not all of them though, there were two ladies that were amazing but you’ll know which one needs to be fired.

My go to Teriyaki for sure !! Everything is Great! Worth checking out.

$17 you get enough food for 2 meals and free egg drop soup while you wait.

They hook you up with enough sauce for everything.

Gets expensive when you buy the beef, easily spend $60 for two people if you don't look out, but food it great.

Always good music on. Staff is usually pretty nice.

Definitely go check it out.

Very clean. It's delicious food. They bbq the meat, so you get that char flavor. The beef yakisoba noodles and teriyaki plates are amazing. They are even open on Sundays now!

The food here is delicious and the portion sizes are large. You can easily get two or three meals out of one order. The service here is fast and friendly. This was our first time trying out this restaurant and we all adored it. The restaurant is really cute too and it's not too noisy. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in town.
