Stopped for breakfast as I drove home from PDX to Olympia. I always seek home town places that do it the old style diner way. I was not disappointed by the Country Cafe! Eggs, potatoes, toast - all done just right. The service was very friendly and my meal came from the kitchen super fast. Chain restaurants have their place. But treat yourself to the whole experience you will get at the Country Cafe and places like it.

We used to very much enjoy this restaurant for breakfast or a burger, maybe tacos. The prices are extremely high now, lunch for 2, $60!! If we would have ordered water we would have saved over $10. The food tastes like it's been microwaved or purchased precooked. I'm bummed. Even if waitress acted like we were the best customers in the world, still not worth the money to eat here. I'm so sad it's a convenient and old fashioned diner that has gone way down hill.

Excellent spot for dinner. I started with their bowl of Chill... SUPER DELICIOUS. I was greeted with a beautiful smile PRISCILLA and she was super awesome, friendly, great personality and super efficient. PRISCILLA made excellent recommendations with the Turkey melt and salad. ALL EXCELLENT. Inside has that great diner/coffee shop vibe, which I love places like this. Thank you PRISCILLA for making my dinner GREAT. Highly recommend

This was possibly the worst restaurant I've ever eaten at (not that I was able to eat much of my meal). Breakfast was so overcooked and greasy, it was disgusting, and this was the better of the two meals. Basic eggs, hashbrowns,etc. The second breakfast was so over-peppered, it was completely inedible. No joke. The toast was good. That's about it, though on top of the incredibly bad food, our server did not bother to check in on us even ONCE during our meal. My meal was clearly barely touched (you know, the pepper fiasco) but all that was offered was a box. No asking if there was a problem. No offer to adjust the bill. Nada zip zilch. Stay away unless you want horrible food at $15 to $20 a plate. By the way, my husband works at a large business in Ridgefield. He used to recommend this place to customers waiting for service. No more. Just wow.

I've tried to like this place and every time I give them a chance I regret it... don't be surprised if you dine in and end up waiting over an hour for food.. takeout won't be any faster. They are completely unapologetic about this. Food is edible but that's about it. I always request crispy hashbrowns and I understand that that obviously correlates to longer cooking time but they still come out soggy every time. Order ubereats today and our driver waited over 45 mins, when she asked about the order they said that half of it was done (we ordered 2 meals). I hope that they get it together at some point because I would love to have a good breakfast joint in the area but so far I have been sorely disappointed.

Although I ordered takeout, I appreciated the service, food was great, and the restaurant atmosphere was pleasant. I enjoyed the music and because there's a mixture of different food types, there's a lot to choose from - two menus. I had the enchiladas de espinaca - Wonderful.

Came here to charge along my way to Canada and was pleasantly surprised. There's free Level 2 charging for EV's and the food is amazing. For all the low scores about service, shameful. I had amazing service where she was prompt, polite and regularly checked on us. Any issues was immediately resolved.Most importantly, the food was just shockingly good. My partner ordered the chicken quesadilla with a cup of chilli and OMG, shut the front door, this was insanely good.Topping it off was my fajita salad that was just fresh as they come and perfectly seasoned and a nice crispy taco bowl. I loved it all. Thanks for the great time.

First the French toast is over rated, if you don't like cinnamon or vanilla and think that 1 inch think bread egg washed in corn flakes is French toast then this French toast will be amazing. As a traditional breakfast eater it was edible. The cook when the customer says they want the eggs over medium this means very little runny yoke, not sunny side up not over easy. Over medium means over medium.The portions are large you won't leave hungry, the staff is nice, service is quick, food is delivered quickly, 3 stars would be 5 if the cooks knew common cooking methods Will go back won't order the French toast

The food was over priced and the service was not that great, coffee was $4.99 and I had to make request for refill. It wasn't very busy at the time of my visit. Food was served some cold and lukewarm. My first time there not sure I would go again. My opinion, who knows you might like it.

Smells great. Wish I could tell you if the food is good, but we've been waiting for 27 minutes and counting... aaaaaand they forgot our waters, twice. Safe to say the service sucks here.

45 minute wait for our food. We watched part of our food sit up under the heat lamps for 5 minutes. By the time we got it, the gravy was evaporated. We asked for more than they charged us for it!!! Ugh. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Also we waited to get seated w/ 2 other couples for10 minutes and plenty of open tables and waitpersons walking by ignoring us....

They lost stars because of the long wait it took for my to-go order. Around 25 minutes, but they had 3 chefs, so I was patient. This place can get packed. I was here to charge my Tesla, so Tesla chargers nearby FYI. The food was really good. I just ordered a club sandwich with curly fries. It was big portions that I saved the other half for later. Super delicious and crispy too.
