The restaurant itself looks amazing! The food is a bit expensive but not definitely not worth the $$$… Food takes a while to come out but that’s okay. I ordered the Pork Fried Rice and I asked for it to be spicy, but it came out not spicy at all, and the fried rice was on the soggy side, I don’t think they used leftover rice for fried rice, and anyone who knows good fried rice should use day old rice :/ the taste of the fried rice was very bland, it was basically eating plain rice and chopped broccoli, not worth $20+ We also ordered the Salmon Tuna Salmon roll, taste okay but then again not worth $18+ the roll is big but I thought that it was made sloppy, it was literally leaning towards the one side on the plate, I have a couple of experiences in making sushi… We also ordered the Bao which was $9+ that was actually pretty decent :/ best thing from this dinner was the water… one of the best tasting water I have drank in my lifetime.Overall: 1.2/5Price: 1.5/5 they were giving my brother weird looks, not nice Actually looks cool :)*Sorry for the bad quality pictures, We were hungry and didn’t expected the food to be that bad…

For a place that is rated this high and is suppose to be fancy dining; it’s quite the opposite. The service and wait times aren’t great, while they do seem busy, the servers didn’t even try to make the atmosphere better. The price, outrageous. When they say more money more value, it does not correlate with this restaurant. A $19 fried rice, more like $11 fried rice. A $18 sushi is more of a $10 sushi. It’s those basic dishes and their main dishes they could not even perfect. You would understand me when the wait times are long, the food was mid, service was mid and the dishes; overpriced.This is my first review, and I really just wanted to explain how disappointed I was. It end it off, the restaurant while it may have a cool atmosphere, everything else was a letdown.

Me asking if my soup was coming made our server feel it was ok to ignore and give us the silent treatment. My wife was done eating and ready to leave long before my food showed up. We had to go to the hostess stand at the front and ask for our bill, our server came and slapped it down and tried to walk away without talking to us.

Who ever was hosting was lovely and so helpful I don’t know if it was a manger but she refused my order because they were busy and had a “45” minute wait for food. Bad business practice to turn away money and to also refuse an order in front of the customer. A bad look all around my visit was on 12/19. The host was super nice and apologized he should have her job.

I got the tuna poke bowl and ( I don't remember what roll I got) both were phenomenal. Everything was so fresh and so good. The tuna was extremely tender and fresh the veggies are nice and crisp. I highly recommend Longhouse. I come out here just for lunch about once a week!
