This place is an absolute joke. They have made my food wrong every single time.
Today they made it wrong, I drove home and saw it, called and went back in for it to be replaced.
Got home. It was wrong again.
Manager on the phone said I gave the order wrong (which I didnt) and it was my fault. And told me I was wrong and there was no mustard on it.
This is the FIFTH time in two months this has happened.
Manager on duty was exceptionally rude and was more interested in defending herself than she was in fixing the issue

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been too. They clearly didn't plan properly to accommodate the traffic this location gets during peak times. Quicker to go to Woodland.

I ordered 2 Big macs and A large fry and got none of it I got one burger that appears someone came on it? do NOT go here they make the WORST COLDEST food and NEVER give you what you ordered.

Stopped tonight to get some food first off , the fries are undercooked, if I wanted in and out burger I’d go there . The pickles are gross , and the burger tastes like fish ! The women you have working your store at 345 - 4 am are rude and mess your order up more times than not . If this is what we get for the convenience of having a McDonalds yeah I’ll be buying Tacos

So I only come to this location because I live in woodland and everything is closed by the time I get home after working nights. Around 2am-3am. And the past 3 times in a row this location has messed my order up. First time I ordered 10 piece nuggets with bbq sauce. They gave me 20 piece nugget I ordered 10. But no bbq. K not a huge deal. 2nd time I ordered 2 large fries and they only gave me one, that’s a missing item now that’s paid for. And tonight the 3rd time. They gave me cheeseburgers and not double cheeseburgers. When I ordered double cheese burgers. I also asked the person working tonight if she would double check my order to make sure everything was there since it’s been messed up the last couple times I came here. And she got an attitude and ignored me and started helping the next person as if she didn’t care they have been messing orders up. Wasn’t trying to make a big deal and normally I wouldn’t but her demeanor after ordering made me actually make a review. And I NEVER do this. This is my literal first review for a place. And it’s a negative review. I just wanted to try and get my food and rest after working. I added two pictures of the cheese burger from tonight that should have been a double cheeseburger but was given a cheese burger. If I can find the receipt in the morning when I wake up and if it lets me update my review I will provide those too.
This location needs a lot more training or employees that work during the night that actually still care about what they do. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend going to the McDonalds unless you’re absolutely desperate for a meal. But even. Then just be aware you’ll most likely end up up with missing items that you still paid for. If there’s and errors in this. It’s cuz again I work night. Just got home. And I’m pretty tired and annoyed.

- gutter spout empties at door entrance - 1st kiosk did not work correctly and guy there told me to press it harder with no difference - 2 nd kiosk worked ok - went to order a frappe - unavailable - we left without placing order - bad experience

Currently waiting in the drive through where I’ve been for 24 minutes waiting on 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced!! Stay away!!

This location was great in every way the service was incredibly friendly, and their manager Makenzie was especially accommodating. I have been on the road with my family for the last 3 days and she made this McDonald's experience the best that we had on our trip!
