I ordered a MOD pizza online for my wife to pick up. It had bacon and sausage, this came with green peppers and was "lopsided with most of the toppings on only one side.

Not really happy, poor service
Brought one of the pizzas back, because the ingredients were pretty much just thrown on. I asked the gentleman handling take out, if this how the pizza is supposed to look. He replied, "This is how the pizza is supposed to look"
Pretty much worst tasting pizza I've had. I mean one of the slices I was eating mouthful of dough and second a mouthful of basil.
He offered to replace or rebuild the pizza, but I was pretty shocked by his response of "this is how it's supposed to look".
Thanks but no thanks. Frozen pizza tasted better than this thing.

I wouldn't go back if someone paid me to, to be honest. Waited a half hour to be able to place my order, and it looks and tastes awful with missing finishing toppings.
Understaffed and overworked by the looks of it, I'll take my business somewhere that appreciates their employees.

We asked the lady at the counter for arugula and balsamic glaze on our pizza after it came out of the oven and she said, no problem just let them know at the end.
The blonde lady at the end however was super rude and pushy to get us out. She put arugula on the side and bbq sauce (which we didn't know until we got home) all over our pizza. Just super disappointed with the overall experience, especially after the price increase they just did.

Delicious amazing food! The seasonal no named cakes are always fun since there are so many types! Lots seating. It takes a while to get your food but they do cook it right there in front of you so it is expected. Outdoor seating is available making it dog friendly! If you take the pizza home it makes for a great pizza and movie night!
Kid-friendliness: Its a pizza place i have been going to since forever!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is 100% wheel chair accessible. I think i have seen an employee who has disability’s.

The food was great as usual but the employees unfortunately had issues. One asked us what pizzas we wanted to order then walked away. Why ask if she wasn't going to help us. We stood there waiting for someone to finally help us. No one greeted us when we came in and they weren't busy only 3 people inside besides us. Will not be back to this location.

Staff ignored customers in line chatting with each other rather then serving customer or greeting us too concerned about talking amongst themselves . Refused to provide store owner information to report on the way the manager and staff treated customers.

Sadly the crust will never be fully cooked and they are told to serve it anyway. This is very overrated and the only reason it is so busy in Ridgefield is because where it is located. I am glad to hear they got rid of the manager that was there, she was HORRIBLE and ran off good employees. Hopefully the new one treats the staff better. I have heard that the staff has really stepped up lately, not their fault the food isn't the greatest.
