Went in for the first time on the 13th at roughly 12:30. I come from New York, and we love our pizza religiously.
The girls that worked the oven were very friendly and helpful. They told me all about the offerings and even suggested some toppings. I left with a pizza that made me feel at home again. To those two ladies, thank you. I'll be back soon 😊

Never had MOD pizza until today and will not have it again. Anemic, half baked pizza with a scant amount of toppings that resulted in an overpriced and unpleasant meal.
Not sure what people love about this brand, but we aren’t fans and will not be returning. Already deleted the app from my phone.

We get pizza at Mod in Ridgefield often . Staff is always pleasant and welcoming . I do want to give a huge shout out to Tito an employee there , we were there last night and it was busy, yet Tito was very attentive to what we wanted, I saw him consistently help people ahead of us with the same manner, the same caring what they wanted on their pizza he was over-the-top polite. I was super impressed with this guy. I even reached out today to the general manager, I told him that guy is top shelf and you should honor him in someway because he is a great employee and I think it makes a difference with people they want to go places that are friendly they hey want to feel welcomed and I wish more people would call that general manager or at least put reviews online . Huge shout out to that Tito what a fine man.👍

I ordered three pizzas online and when I came to pick up my order I realized I had accidentally ordered one as a salad somehow! I jumped in line to reorder the salad as the pizza and of course pay! Jasmine helped me and was so kind and patient, and would not allow me to pay! I felt bad because it was my mistake! The customer service here is great! Thanks Jasmine!
