We get pizza at Mod in Ridgefield often . Staff is always pleasant and welcoming . I do want to give a huge shout out to Tito an employee there , we were there last night and it was busy, yet Tito was very attentive to what we wanted, I saw him consistently help people ahead of us with the same manner, the same caring what they wanted on their pizza he was over-the-top polite. I ordered three pizzas online and when I came to pick up my order I realized I had accidentally ordered one as a salad somehow! I jumped in line to reorder the salad as the pizza and of course pay! Jasmine helped me and was so kind and patient, and would not allow me to pay! I felt bad because it was my mistake! The customer service here is great! Thanks Jasmine!

Below are some examples of good pizza there. Overall this has been the best mod pizza I’ve ever have, the one I got was the Caspian and that was amazing. It was clean overall, lots of space, good tea and the Caspian had a barbecue over drizzle added after the heating. It was so good. The salads were pretty good as well, they had a few different options with a list of fresh varying ingredients. I would recommend going if you want a good pizza for lunch or dinner.
