One of my all time favorites 👍👍

Papa Pete’s is normally great but has gone down hill, we used to not mind paying the higher prices because of the loads of toppings and good quality. The last few times we have been, the pizza has been undercooked and soggy and toppings have been lacking. A medium pizza was $35.

Solid choice for pizza

The pizza was delicious! Thin, crisp crust, and covered in toppings! A little on the expensive side but we'll worth it!

Oh my god the veggie pizza was delicious. I want to give the credit to my super hungry family but that would really be a lie. The pizza was really great. The toppings on it was humongusly generous. The base was perfectly cooked n now I'm ruined 😭 to add to my problems this place is hours away from my home so I can't even hop slip n jump. I think this is the best pizza place in the entire Washington

We have been a long time customer of Papa Pete’s. Called in our order of 5 pizzas for them to make ahead of time and was told they couldn’t make the pizzas until we paid for them in person. I said, “what’s the purpose of calling in ahead of time then? And I will pay for them NOW over the phone!” She said they could NOT take payment over the phone.
SO not only wouldn’t they take payment over the phone, they will not make your pizzas until you are there in person. So I need to drive a half an hour to get there. And then pay for the pizzas and wait a half an hour for them to make them.
VERY DISAPPOINTING and will be losing another long time customer because they are so rude about it. And they need to make changes to their dry pizza with no sauce and very little toppings and expensive for what you get. Wish them luck.

I’d in a pizza like I’ve done many times. They didn’t start until I got there. The place is very slow.

I am a long time (20+ years) customer of this franchise. I have never been treated with such disrespect of any establishment before. I ordered my usual order (same order of 20+ years) that was wrong. When corrected at time of purchase, was berated that our order incorrect even though the original order was acknowledged as such (pepperoni sausage and olives) they missed the olives order. Instead of simply adding on a side order of Olives, the manager suggested we pay extra for a side of olives when the order was obviously misrepresented. Was met with horrible customer service. Complete awful customer service. Lost a long time customer

Now I know why I never go to Papa Pete’s pizza. We went for a birthday party or I never would have chosen this place. The pizza was at least 20% more expensive than other places, it was awful pizza- gave me a stomach ache the rest of the night, they charge for extra ranch, they charge for using a debit card, THEY CHARGE FOR A BOX TO TAKE PIZZA HOME! Honestly I didn’t need to take it home anyway cause it went straight in the garbage. The pepperoni were so dry and crunchy they wouldn’t even stay on the pizza. The crust was burnt and full of air bubbles. The kids working there were unfriendly and I saw a girl in the back rubbing/picking at her nose. Hopefully she washed hands or wore gloves before preparing any food. I won’t be going back ever again.

They never put enough cheese on pizza. Even when ordered extra cheese

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and got a bacon ranch pizza. I apparently should have asked for a bacon ranch pizza, add chicken. Either way, unless you’re AI, you could have figured it out. Did I get a refund? No. An apology? No. A lecture on how to order? Yes. C’mon. If you order a chicken bacon ranch pizza, it means you want a pizza with those 3 things on it. *face palm*

We called and ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza. When my husband went to pick it up, he wasn’t given a receipt—so we didn’t realize until we got home that the pizza was missing the chicken entirely. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I was told that what’s on the menu is a “bacon ranch” pizza and that the best they could do was make a note on our phone number for next time. Seriously?

No apology, no accountability, just a shrug and a “we’ll make a note.” I didn’t call expecting a free pizza—I just wanted a simple acknowledgment of their mistake. Instead, I was made to feel like it was our fault, even though I was very clear about what we ordered.

For the price, Papa Pete’s pizza isn’t worth it, and the customer service is even worse. We won’t be back.
