The Western Burger is crazy good. Probably the best burger I have had in a decade or more.
Plus I just tried some of their Freeze Dried snacks. So Tasty!

I ordered the cheeseburger and fries on the smaller bites menu, and it was very well done. The burger was flavorful, with melted cheese and toppings I selected. The fries were crispy, perfectly seasoned, and came with a side of tasty fry sauce. I work down the road and will definitely make this place a go-to lunch spot. 🍔 Great food and good prices!

Please update your hours or make good on the hours that you have posted on Google. I'm really not trying to just bomb your reviews. This is a fair review from me. I'm giving a generous 3 stars total. 5 stars for the food that I didn't get to try, putting faith in others who say it's great. 1 star for the service that I couldn't get.
I'm sure you guys make great food... But this is a very annoying thing that SOME food truck businesses do, keeping unreliable hours of service. It shouldn't be any harder to keep standard hours, just because the food is prepared on a food truck. When I'm looking for a great burger & I see fantastic reviews & drive all the way down there, just to see that the place closed up on a Thursday at 3:30pm, my gas & time has been wasted.

Found a great new food truck on the west side of Ridgefield. The Western Burger had fried onion rings, blackberry bbq sauce, and thick sliced bacon. I filled up on the perfectly crisped fries. The owner/chef provided great service and was fun to chat with about upcoming food ideas in the works.
Indoor or outdoor seating at the adjacent public house.
Stopped at 3 peaks for a beer. Found this place outside. Absolutely amazing food and service. Thank you!
