Absolutely the slowest service of any Smashburger in the planet. It takes an average of 5 minutes in line per order. That's just to have your order taken. You then get to watch your food get cold sitting on the counter while other employees joke around and clearly waste time.
Great food but seriously the absolute worst service you're going to find at Ilani. They should be ashamed. The managers should be fired. The franchise owner should lose their license.

Ordered pickup on the phone because online wasn’t available. Ordering went well and easy, nice customer service. I don’t know what other people were getting that we weren’t. Food was terrible. My burger tasted like bleach & smelled like rotten meat. I couldn’t eat more then one bite. I kept trying to get myself to try again, maybe i was wrong but it smelled so bad i couldn’t get near it. My husband threw his away after a bite also and my bits wouldn’t eat theirs either. We also ordered a “basket of fries” we were told that was the big order of fries. It came as a tiny pile of fries at the bottom of our bag. Hate to see what a small order is and why wasnt the order put in something like a basket as advertised or a bag or a fry cup/carton I see in others people’s pictures? I don’t know. I feel bad to write a bad review but I was looking forward to a burger not from a chain restaurant. Very disappointed. Seems hard to screw up a burger. I couldn’t even take a second bite. I sure hope others have better experiences but mine & my families was not pleasant.

Painfully slow EVERYTIME!!! it takes so long whether people are in line or not, was excited to see 1 person in line ahead of me.... 30 min later I'm still waiting on my food... it has been like this for so long I don't see it ever changing now... don't go here unless you have 40 to 45 minutes to stand around and wait... 5/13/25. Took over 45 min to get food out, I'm done with this place

This is such a great find in the corner of the food court. The cashier TINA was efficient and super friendly as well as very knowledgeable about how to use our reward points for the purchase. Ans RILEY had the most amazing Voice calling out the orders. You couldn't miss it. We ordered the classic single and the mushroom with truffles. Both were very good -- hit the spot.

The food was actually pretty good, but the service was horrible. The lady, calling out orders made an impossible to hear whose order she was calling and then when people didn’t realize it was their order she would just leave them up there to get cold and not call the number again after that. It really Changes the vibe of a meal when you have a disgruntled employee to deal with

I would not know what anything is like because it's hidden inside another building and nothing says it from your description. I had to go through the comments to find it out. The address makes me go through your complicated parking lot. Everybody was rude until one person sent us around but didn't tell us that it was inside, they said we would see it and we didn't. This is the lousiest idea for a restaurant placement I have ever seen.

It's a great restaurant, but much of the online information is completely wrong, including showing pictures and information from studios or from other states, not relevant here.
Vegetarian options: They sell Jackfruit patties, Jackfruit tastes like chicken, and they sell the Cobb salad.
Dietary restrictions: They have lettuce wraps, salads, vegetarian, and chicken options. They also allow, upon request, no salt on items.
Kid-friendliness: It is located in a casino, while there are child friendly areas, the market is not near those areas, nor has child accomodations as it's in the more adult oriented sections of Ilani.
