The food was actually pretty good, but the service was horrible. The lady, calling out orders made an impossible to hear whose order she was calling and then when people didn’t realize it was their order she would just leave them up there to get cold and not call the number again after that. It really Changes the vibe of a meal when you have a disgruntled employee to deal with

I would not know what anything is like because it's hidden inside another building and nothing says it from your description. I had to go through the comments to find it out. The address makes me go through your complicated parking lot. Everybody was rude until one person sent us around but didn't tell us that it was inside, they said we would see it and we didn't. This is the lousiest idea for a restaurant placement I have ever seen.

It's a great restaurant, but much of the online information is completely wrong, including showing pictures and information from studios or from other states, not relevant here.
Vegetarian options: They sell Jackfruit patties, Jackfruit tastes like chicken, and they sell the Cobb salad.
Dietary restrictions: They have lettuce wraps, salads, vegetarian, and chicken options. They also allow, upon request, no salt on items.
Kid-friendliness: It is located in a casino, while there are child friendly areas, the market is not near those areas, nor has child accomodations as it's in the more adult oriented sections of Ilani.
I've been here twice and WOW is this place slow. There is zero hustle, at least with the people running the front. They need one person taking orders and another doing everything that comes after an order is placed.
Smashburger is actually amazing but the only one near me is inside a casino and only offers 1/10th of the menu compared to a regular Smashburger and I shouldn't have to drive 8 hrs to get a Brisket Burger. The location needs to take steps to offer the full menu or close down immediately .

The menu is really small that I’m standing in front of the cashier and still struggling to read it. Regulars can memorize it but potential customers will need to easily be able to read it. Food was alright but not worth the wait on a Saturday evening

We made the mistake of stopping by here when the line was short. Kathleen was the one helping us and she was probably the only one actually working. After about 15 minutes of waiting I started to hear orders after mine being called out. After asking about our order the cooking staff told Kathleen they ready sent it out and started arguing with her when she tried to tell them to remake the order as I had never gotten it. It took an additional 15 minutes to get the kitchen to make my order and when it came out it was cold.Kathleen was the only helpful person in this situation and I honestly feel bad for her as she was working her butt off to handle the now long line of people, and trying to get the people in the kitchen to get orders out. This place is understaffed and horribly managed. Likely won’t come here again.
