I swear to everything I love … Handpicked Winners. Another $1800 down the drain . That is total of $60k in last 7 years not even 1 winner . The manager of this Satrbucks (or employee, idk, purple hair) noticed I waited for my food for longer then 10 minutes and gave me $4 off my next purchase 🥲 it was so freaken sweet, this will be my new go to location when Im driving to Portland!
Also, if your the employee in question reading this, I hope i didnt come off annoyed, I'm hung over and on hour 6 of a war podcast 😂

They’ve gotta learn how to train better or turn their drive through speaker up, they have gotten my drink ive ordered in the drive through wrong multiple times already, and they have very poor customer service. They’ve only been open for a couple of months and the old Starbucks is still better

Workers were nice, but drinks had too much ice and were watered down by the time I drank them (5 mins after they were made.) I got 3 drinks, one was a frappe so it was tolerable while melty. The refresher and lemonade both tasted like water with a TINY bit of flavor. Never had them this watered down before.
