This is the worst subway I have ever been to. They do not accommodate what you would like on your sandwich. When you say extra olives, you get 2 And are told they can’t give you any more. I have never heard of something like that. At every subway I’ve ever gone to. It’s always been wonderful. I’ve never had such a bad experience over and over again. The manager Alicia said that she could not give me her boss’s phone number to speak with. I just got a sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. Highly do not recommend going here. I had no extra olives or onions like I ordered also very little lettuce. The whole sandwich was basically just bread. This happens every single time I have tried this place.

Usually in and out rather quickly, they can get busy during meal rushes, but that's normal for fast food. The employees I've dealt with are all really friendly and helpful, easy to srike up an enjoyable conversation.

Someone want to explain why it make such incredible sense to slow down delivery drivers by making us get the order ready instead of the employee who is in charge of preparing orders for us?
I have to fill all the drinks and grab all the snacks when I could just grab the food and go drop it off, no instead I have an extra 10 mins to ready this order's drinks and. Chips.
Didn't have several items from my app order for pick up and refused to refund them. Then found more missing items when I got home and was told to come all the way back for them. UHG!
This location has always been hit and miss but it's been alot more miss lately then hit. My sandwich was OK but my wifes was terrible today. Bread was so hard and stale we pulled the guts out and put in on some sliced bread. Pretty obvious the effort isn't there.
There was mold in the basin for the soda machine. The bathroom was nasty. The tables were gross, and there weren't any other customers. The worker should have been cleaning. We asked for a refund.

Went to use restroom and they were disgusting. Bathroom smelled strong of urine, the floors in there were sticky. Mold on the bathroom floors and even in sink. I cant even imagine how they handle their food. Decided to go somewhere else to eat… not gonna risk getting sick here. When was the last time the health department was there???

Visited today, soda machine was dirty, veggies looked old and disgusting, sandwich was stacked up like a hotdog which made it a very messy sandwich to try and eat, olives tasted weird.

I have a lot to say about this place. Basically, their bread is stale, their lettuce is browned and old, and something is almost ALWAYS BROKEN.
They also never have the ability to serve their “sidekicks” due to the items not being “prepped” the night before, then their heater is broken.
Not only that, but their FREEZER breaks often. They serve cold cut meats from a TRAILER behind the building.
Lastly, they rarely answer calls, and even hang up on customers.
I don’t really write reviews, especially for a franchise I LOVE, but this Subway has gotten so bad over the last year.

Ordered curbside at 3:35pm. Arrived at 3:55pm, parked and marked on the app I was here. App said the order was ready. 20 minutes later I walk inside and my order is sitting there. Two employees apparently cannot read that it said curbside. To top it off the order was wrong. Way to go subway
