Taunts For Days

Usually in and out rather quickly, they can get busy during meal rushes, but that's normal for fast food. The employees I've dealt with are all really friendly and helpful, easy to srike up an enjoyable conversation.

Someone want to explain why it make such incredible sense to slow down delivery drivers by making us get the order ready instead of the employee who is in charge of preparing orders for us?

I have to fill all the drinks and grab all the snacks when I could just grab the food and go drop it off, no instead I have an extra 10 mins to ready this order's drinks and. Chips.

Didn't have several items from my app order for pick up and refused to refund them. Then found more missing items when I got home and was told to come all the way back for them. UHG!

This location has always been hit and miss but it's been alot more miss lately then hit. My sandwich was OK but my wifes was terrible today. Bread was so hard and stale we pulled the guts out and put in on some sliced bread. Pretty obvious the effort isn't there.

There was mold in the basin for the soda machine. The bathroom was nasty. The tables were gross, and there weren't any other customers. The worker should have been cleaning. We asked for a refund.

Went to use restroom and they were disgusting. Bathroom smelled strong of urine, the floors in there were sticky. Mold on the bathroom floors and even in sink. I cant even imagine how they handle their food. Decided to go somewhere else to eat… not gonna risk getting sick here. When was the last time the health department was there???

Visited today, soda machine was dirty, veggies looked old and disgusting, sandwich was stacked up like a hotdog which made it a very messy sandwich to try and eat, olives tasted weird.

I have a lot to say about this place. Basically, their bread is stale, their lettuce is browned and old, and something is almost ALWAYS BROKEN.

They also never have the ability to serve their “sidekicks” due to the items not being “prepped” the night before, then their heater is broken.

Not only that, but their FREEZER breaks often. They serve cold cut meats from a TRAILER behind the building.

Lastly, they rarely answer calls, and even hang up on customers.

I don’t really write reviews, especially for a franchise I LOVE, but this Subway has gotten so bad over the last year.

Ordered curbside at 3:35pm. Arrived at 3:55pm, parked and marked on the app I was here. App said the order was ready. 20 minutes later I walk inside and my order is sitting there. Two employees apparently cannot read that it said curbside. To top it off the order was wrong. Way to go subway

Absolutely Ridiculous Subway Location... Either the HVAC, Toaster, Computer, Refrigerator, or who knows what isn't working. My wife and I have tried eating here multiple times through the last few years and today just broke the camel's back for me

1st, toaster was broken, okay, I'll get cold. NP.

2nd, placed online order, had an eta, I walked in before eta and they asked my name for the order and I sat down. Of course, I knew I was early. NP

3rd, then lunch rush happened. They literally helped everyone that walked in and didn't even start on my order. I was there, the entire time before this.

4th, zero compassion, zero customer service, just poor poor aspects all around. I understand Sunday rushes and what not, but this was just too much for me to tolerate.

I cancelled my order, which they didn't care about, and left. I can't wait for the other fast food to go in. It'll give people better options than this location. Other Subways are great. This one, definitely not!

They ran out of mayo, which is all we ever use…they suggested garlic aoli, said like mayo with garlic. Lord, that stuff is disgusting, ruined our sandwiches! Way too watery and super strong, let alone far too much…was drenched with it and that’s all you could taste. They were busy, wish I had slowed down and picked for myself, or just said nothing and put it on when home. The correct way to of handled this, was tell people before they order…if may determine what you order.We threw them away. My Son went back and got his sandwich remade plain, I decided I lost my appetite for Subway, and found something at home.

Placed an online to go order, came 10 minutes late and it still wasn’t done. They made 3 orders for people who came in to order instead of my order placed a half hour ago. They were so rude when I politely asked the status of my order. I get there’s a lunch rush but why would you start making other orders when you had 3 people waiting for their to go orders. Took another 20 minutes to get my food so they had nearly an hour to make it.
