I repeatedly come here hoping for better service but I swear it just keeps getting worse….. this is a crunch wrap supreme I ordered. I’m in shock to say the least. In specific I know I’m gonna get bad service if there is a ginger kid with freckles working there. Please provide better training and more consequences. This is horrible. The reviews speak for themselves.

The worst place I’ve been to. Came there at 9pm. Plenty of cars there, clearly the workers at there. Not a single worker in site at the drive thru door or the drive thru screen. Clearly bunch of lazy teens working there.

Very slow service on a Saturday night. As an outside the area visitor, I felt concern about safety. Felt Sketchy about parking in parking lot after dark. Food took 45 minutes for take out order.

I want this location to succeed, but they need to step up with new options pouring in to Ridgefield.

I have a 3 cause it’s not always this bad. But today I got 2 chicken soft tacos and a cheese quesadilla. One of the tacos the chicken was tiny, the other was twice the size, and my quesadilla barely had any cheese and was cut like crap. It won’t let me post a picture but imagine and X right in the middle of the quesadilla.

Order is always wrong. Past 5 visits there is always an issue. Messed up orders, missing items, NO SUPREMES when ordered. Honestly never had so many issues at a taco bell location.

This place is DIRTY! No soap in the bathrooms, how are employees supposed to wash after they use the facilities? Every table and surface was filthy! Slow slow slow service!!

worse Taco Bell in the state of Washington, over charged for food, had to get a refund. No ice in ice machine, food quality was not worth the price. Bathroom was gross with TP all over the floor. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Next time you all decide to close early and get me in trouble with my job and then go and lie and say you were open i will report you to Taco Bell’s number with the location and fill out an online complaint form as well as one to the Better Buisness Bureau. This place will lock the doors and block off the drive thru whenever they feel like it affecting the jobs of doordashers and other gig drivers
