The staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Great selection of wines, craft beers and delicious food. Highly recommend for your next special occasion or just an outing to relax 🌻🌞

Enjoyable time just relaxing with a glass of Merlot and some great food.

This place has so much potential! I’m surprised no one has commented on the extremely poor customer service?! Businesses have their “off days”— 100% understand and have grace for that. But after visiting THREE separate times and each time experiencing the worst customer service we canceled our membership because not even amazing food and wine can cancel that hot mess express 🤪

First visit: WOW the food and wine are amazing. Every single employee makes us feel like we’re a burden, is the opposite of warm and welcoming, and servicing is extremely slow. But… it’s probably an off day and they’re just understaffed. We’ll 100% be back!

Second visit: again, food and wine are amazing. Service… again make us feel like burdens by simply walking up to the counter to order off the menu. Like GIRL we just want some wine tastings and a flatbread… so sorry???

Third visit: no greeting. We finally order some food and wine bottles (no tastings because she’s running around like a hot mess express already and we can tell there’s no way that’s going to go well) We ask a question and the lady literally responds, verbatim, “I can’t answer that I’m just way too stressed” as someone who worked in the customer service industry for years, it’s pretty easy to say something along the lines of, “hey I’m juggling a couple things at the moment, let me get back to you and your question, thanks for waiting”

None of that though— we just walked back to our table after saying sorry, didn't mean to stress you out.

We get our flatbreads finally and we mention we have fries on our tab as well, so she doesn’t take our number and is aware. She snaps back at us that they'll be coming. Which we respond with something along the lines of, “thank you, no rush, we know you’re busy, just letting you know”

30 min go by. No fried potatoes. So we reluctantly go to check on them. They say, “soon”

Two min later, same hot mess express stressed AF lady comes out and says she never put in our fries and it’s her fault. No problem. She’s busy, not a big deal. But then she asks us if we’d like to order them or not because we didn’t pay for them??

Again. Coming from the customer service industry, it’s SO EASY to be like, “I’m so sorry, that was my mistake, I’m putting them in for you right now” Having the server come to us, without an apology, and ask if we’d like to come and pay for something that we ordered an hour ago felt so icky.

We ended up skipping the fries and went up to the counter to check out, grabbing our wine pick up from October. She’s adamant that we pick up Januarys order… even though January isn’t over and we don’t have to? We wanted her to just pull the auto charge per usual and not worry about it today since we were already buying multiple bottles. She wants us to email in to chat about this… even though… we’re… at headquarters? Like, we’re on site??

Like I said. SO MUCH POTENTIAL. This land is gorgeous and the food and wine are so so good. But the operation is a hot mess express and the customer service is anything but hospitable. We’re members of many great wineries up and down the west coast and have never experienced service this poor consistently.

If you want to join a wine club, I’d suggest investing your money elsewhere unless there’s a management or ownership change. You can get a much better experience for the same price in the area.

The wine was great! The expensive grilled turkey cranberry sandwich and fries was embarrassing and cold. Its hard to come back knowing the food is bad. Really cute place

Another great time at an outdoor concert. Wines are great and the people are great too. Deborah and Sheri were amazing to talk with regarding everything 14 Acres has to offer throughout the year. Can't wait for the next fun time!

The best winery and the best summer concerts. East to get there and easy to have lots of fun!!

This is a fun place! My wife and I enjoyed a live show on the lawn. The wine is great and s a fun vibe all an around.

Very cool place. Nice owner, friendly. Came for a cover band that sounded exactly like the real band. Lovely landscape, great environment, respectful crowd. Really recommend this place for their summer concert series and a nice outdoor night out.

Had the blueberry cider! Amazeballs!! The Def Leppard concert was alway one of the best concerts ever!!
