Kevin, the VIP host is horrible at customer service and doesn't care about VIP members. He is a horrible representative of the Ilani and needs to be trained on how to handle customers. What an embarrassment to the establishment. Do better!
security have ZERO respect, approach people with respect instead of being a dick, you are a mall cop bruh, quit throwing your weight around cause you had a bad day.
Do not go here! Machines very tight. VIP players at Titanium level not treated or rewarded like it. Spirit Mountain in Oregon and other casinos in Washington are much nicer to play at.
