Bun was cold, other than that great!
Fast service and nice staff
On the way home from having surgery in Spokane and driving back home to Wenatchee, we decided to give Carl’s Jr at Love’s truckstop a try, since we were stopping to get gas. It has been years. It will be more years. Ordered fried zucchini and 2 Sourdough Bacon burgers with 2 patties (So double star, I think they were called).
Of course we paid for that, $23+, and got singles, we found out as we opened our burgers on the road. The number of items was correct, but number of burger patties, no. The zucchini medallions were good and hot and soft, completely satisfied with those.
The burger tasted off, though. For $8+ per burger, it seems like the flavor would be more cohesive, the lettuce tasted old, actually, and the flavor as a whole just seemed pretty bland and needed some salt or something. Caramelize the onions, maybe?
James andrsen is a chill guy, I was $1 short on my meal & he pulled a $1 out of his wallet now I will pay it forward. Thanks James!!
Fast food isn’t the healthiest choice, but when you're hungry and on the road, what can you do? The sourdough burger was surprisingly good—hot, and easy to eat on the go. We originally waited in line inside but gave up and went through the drive-thru instead—way faster and way less frustrating.
The food is not freshly made like at other Carl's Juniors ,,, it took them all of one minute to call my name waffle fries and chicken tenders that were just sitting around I should have known will not come back to this location
If you're hungry and you're in Ritzville, this is where you want to go. You won't find a better balance: cost to portion size ratio is good and the convenience vs flavor debate is pretty evenly matched as well. Prep time is not bad either.
The oil for the chicken stripe needs changed. Tasted very fishy and smelt terrible.
Asked for potatoes in burrito. Loser "cook" said they had none. Cashier said they did have them. Burrito came with none. My co-worker ordered directly after me and received potatoes on his burrito. Pure laziness. Also took over 15 min to acquire said food. In recent weeks wanted french toast sticks, but, guess there is a national shortage of syrup.
Stuff happens.

Best Carl’s Jr. for food and friendly staff. This location beats any Carl’s Jr. in between Las Vegas and Spokane, and the onion rings are awesome!

Quick & friendly service and food as expected for a Carl’s Jr. Employees were constantly mopping, sweeping and wiping down tables.
Vegetarian options: Fries are basically the only vegetarian option

That was the grossest burger I've had in a while. It's been a little bit since having Carl's Jr, and I didn't think I'll go back

Ok yhus place is in a gas station so atmosphere isn't high priority. The service was great. Food came quickly. It's good for when you are on the road or need something quickly. I like their chicken strips better than their famous star but that because there's a bit too much mayo for me. Otherwise this was great for a break and some food we could rely on.
