Yall need to review how items on your menu are made and make them correctly! Also telling customers you are swapped when you have a total of 4 cars is not being swapped. Time management is a skill that a manager needs to know how to use and implement. Its not the customers fault that this skill is lacked that's a corporate issue for hiring individuals who do not have the basics for running the position!
I had to wait a while before somebody came and waited on me. One guy kept looking at me, but wouldn't say anything to me. Then another lady came out and didn't say anything. And just walked over to the window. And finally, the lady that was working, the front desk showed up.

Great customer service and teamwork. However there should be more training on the freshness of the product. Cook more less often, or possibly cook to order.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers without pickle and onion... Was given two double cheeseburgers that they scraped the pickle and onion and ketchup and mustard off. Have always had great experiences before but this one completely turned me off for good. Staff was friendly though I guess.
