Rated for consistency and convenience of location. I frequent Starbucks all over the US and overseas, and this place had the classic flavors for the drinks I ordered, but both the drive-through and mobile order were not functioning. There were 3 baristas, and only 1 went out of her way to be friendly and welcoming.

Went to bucks yesterday / Saint Pats day & tried to buy a grande iced latte with an Irish cream type flavoring. The flavoring was a splurge. The lady said they didn't have a flavor like that. I walked off & bought a gas station coffee for my 4 hour drive.:(BillHonestly, I only go to Starbucks when the choices are slim.Xmas / got eggnog / LOL

Been going to the Fractionbucks competition for some time nowLove the Starbucks convenience just can’t afford to go to there anymore with the new higher cost living and grocery price extremesSafe yourself hundreds buy your own espresso machine and beans from an outletUse a Turkish grind to make wickedly strong smooth shots that blow away StarbucksThis branch is right off the Hwy so it is always busy but somehow the staff remains friendly

Best Starbucks ever. Sorry I don't know names (no name tags) but purple hair girl and long beard guy had the greatest hospitality! They were out of blonde roast so they made me a pour over which was delicious. They helped me get my coffee/cream ratio just right and while I waited for it to brew they made a breakfast sample and me and my buddy ended up getting a snack too! Thanks for bringing the A game, this is as good as Starbucks can get!

Terrible customer service - specifically skinny guy with a beard and old lady working on 12/29 at 11:30 am. Was very rude from ordering - down to the window just because “they were busy”. which made him think that was justifiable being rude - and making my drink wrong. When asked if it was made correct he says “idk were busy”. When I knew it wasn’t made right. Get it together.
