This place needs more employees so badly. Tried to go twice in the last two weeks. First time, the only employee was on a 30 min break so I would have had to wait 15 min until they got back. Next I go in, 4 people in line, and one employee during dinner rush on a Friday night. There’s obviously more employees in the back as you can hear them doing dishes and working. But only one person making sandwiches and it took about 3 minutes to add a topping and some sauce.. I’ve never had this much issue trying to get a sandwich
The worker (male) was incompetent beyond belief. Who ever hired him should be fired along with him 😂 Sunday June 22 1030am

Ordered a turkey sandwich at 445 pm and walked over there at 500 said ready at 505 they closed. Bread in oven. All nasty lettuce everywhere tambien. Took my money and 25% tip. Can't contact anyone to get a refund in anyway whatsoever. Corporate. Nothing. The manager is obviously not there. I will never to go to any subway ever again.
Supposedly 3 employees working, 2 were in the back doing nothing while one was up front. He was completely backed up with about 10 of us coming in along side other customers. While he was nice, the efficiency because it was only one employee was lacking. It ended up taking an hour to get our sandwiches. Shoutout the one employee who was trying.
We stood at the counter for 30 minutes while they prepared online orders. Should have walked away long before.
Paid $15.99 for a sandwich. Already over priced. And we got $5 nachos. Ordered a $15.99 wrap. It was extremely messy. Tried to get help online and no luck. So essentially they stole money from us. Thanks!
We were stopping through on our long travels and Sidhu got all of our 4 sandwiches perfect and they were yummy! He’s very friendly! Thank you!
I placed an online order knowing they're ridiculously slow, but I didn't expect to wait over two and a half hours for three un-toasted sandwiches and a protein bowl, only to find out they messed up every single order, which is just impressive, and I'm left wondering how they're still a functioning franchise.
very dirty subway. a worker with a dirty head and a big beard makes you food and the beard is not covered by anything

Being pregnant has me craving all different things so Subway sounded so good passing through on my road trip. This dirty place had me second guessing especially after seeing the unprofessional way the staff treated each other. There had been a spill of water and the whole thing was made out to be huge deal. The salad bar had not been wiped down and the food in the cambros were mixed. I understand they are a small venue but this was shocking. For the time of afternoon the staff should have been able to serve all the customers efficiently and maintain good order while doing their stock. I left without ordering anything after waiting a few minutes watching the saga unfold. Probably wouldn't come back.

This place is an absolute joke!!!! Place an online order just 5 to have it ready by 6. Get a call at 6 saying they are out of a few things. No biggie!! Sent our daughter to pick up as we live 35 min from town. Sandwich’s got finished at 6:50 with no apologies or anything. Store was not even busy. I would not suggest going to this place unless you want i blood pressure from all the negative at this location.

Stopped in for a couple of sandwiches and had to wait for 30 minutes due to lack of staffing. After the wait the guy informs everyone in line he has nothing but ham and tuna available. How is that even possible. It's almost like false advertising. I would give this place negative stars if it was possible. Don't stop here unless you want ham or tuna. Place is an absolute joke. We left without any food after a long wait.
