Burger blah at best. Onion rings are best in Washington by far.
It's an option for fast food but not superb. They do have a lot of different for like deep fried mushrooms and fish and chips which is what I usually go for. It's a crap shoot whether you get a little bad taste through the old oil they sometimes use but overall decent. NO fast food is cheap anymore and I paid $38 for fish and chips (4 piece halibut) and swapped the fries due tater tots. I did get an order of cheese sticks as well, that added almost $10. Crazy disgustingly expensive which is why I don't do fast food too often AND because I feel sick for a couple days after but I just came back from a trip so didn't have anything prepared. Staff are hit and miss but most of the staff in Ritzville seem to be friendly.

Pulled up and saw a line in the drive thru and hesitated. Not a long wait after that. Food was hot and the guy at the window was fast and friendly.
Best Zips Burger i have had in a long time! My burger was so hot and fresh it had hot steam coming from it. So delicious! The pumpkin shake was to die for as well!

Contrary to the name, the service was pretty slow at the drive up. I think they were understaffed the day I stopped there on my way back to Oregon from Spokane. The food was excellent though and worth the wait.

This has and always will be the worst zips. I got three corn dogs and a bag of burgers through the drive through. I wanted two tartar sauce with the order. The drive through attendant had to make sure I know it’s a up charge. We pull up pay and don’t wait long for food at the second window. The lady gives me the food and says the sauce is in the bag. It wasn’t and no one would come back to the window after a few minutes I had to park go in and ask for the sauce I paid for. The guy said you didn’t get it? I said no. He gives me the 2 sauces I paid for. Inside they have free self serve sauces. I honestly wouldn’t mind that if the burger wasn’t half the size of the bun. Also on a side note they need to get those people new shirts every one had bleach stains and oil all over.

I had fish and chips. I ordered the large cod. It came with a lot of fish, like six big chunks! The fish was fine but the batter seemed like it was not completely fried on the inside, leaving a sort of a pasty interior of the batter. Nothing light about the batter either; heavy and greasy. The fries were standard issue but over salted. The tartar sauce was yellowish and mediocre.

Fast, friendly service. The location is a little run down, but maybe that is part of the charm. It is the best thing going in Ritzville.

Oh Zips, this location is timeless and it shows.
I stop here every year and get a few bags O cheese burgers, buckets of fries, and a large Shroom bag.
Classic FF burgers, terrible greasy food, just straight Americana, never had issues here, they had the same dude on the grill for like a decade and he knew what he was doing. Hope that old desert storm Vet is still kicking.
Definitely recommend my above order and don’t for get the tartar sauce.

Nice workers. Girl behind the counter was friendly and accommodating. But you’d think that when it’s twice as expensive for a meal as most other fast food joints, they would have the pride of ownership to create at least a somewhat presentable dining area.

Somehow spent $60 for 4 burgers, fries and small sodas. Wayyyy overpriced for what you get. Wow! Food wasn't even good or special in anyway. Lesson learned. Never again.
