Samantha the person up front had a mean and rude attitude towards me and my mother, our sponge bob pineapple slushy was made wrong, look like the dinning room was not cleaned, seen many customers walk out for not helping in a timely manner

The Great Walrus

I am starting to wonder if burger kings in particular hate me. I am here to doordash, 8:56, and the lobby is locked despite it being open until 10 as displayed out front. No staff is visible, but about 20 people stared at me as I tried to open the lobby. When I come around to the impossibly slow line, I am told there’s a party happening. Don’t you think a sign would be a good idea? Or any staff around to explain?

I just left there and my order is wrong. 1st the guy that gave me my food didn't say one word to me. When I got to my eating spot and looked at my order it was wrong. I received no sauce for my onion rings and my chicken sandwiches were supposed to have cheese and tomato. There were none. But I was charged for them. At least they didn't mess up the chocolate pie, oh wait they are pre-made. What has happened to doing a good job.

I walked in to order and the person at the register was coughing a wet cough into her bare hand then touching register keys. No mask, no covering her cough, no hand sanitizer in sight—nothing. No attention to the hygiene required in a restaurant. I assumed she’d put my food out on the counter with the same hands and coughing. I walked out and ended up having the first Arby’s sandwich of my life instead. Not the first time I’ve walked out of a BK because of hygiene. I might be crossing them off my list.
