my mommy works here. thats all i have to say for this review on the yelp app but i was dancing in fortnite and the cops came and they were like wassup g and i was like yo wassup 12 and than we played Fortnite and than mikey from the ninja turts came and he said and i quote "KOWABANGA!"

I went to the Rochester, WA store at Station 88 today - 12-08-23 at 1:09 pm. It was normal business, not real busy. I had a coupon and ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The fries were hot so I waited to eat. Fries were on top. Then the nuggets - weren't nuggets. They gave me some kind of potato cheese ball things. So I called the store and spoke to a woman. Told her about the mistake and that it wasn't worth coming all the way back. And please be more careful when packing orders. So she said, yeah mistakes happen. I told her it had ruined my lunch. Then she said I didn't have to call just to be rude, and hung up on me.So I stewed a minute and called back, asked for the manager. Same woman said she was the manager. I said again I was the one with the wrong order why did she say what she said. She said - she was trying to help me but I was just saying they didn't know what they were doing. I did not say that. (See above what I said.) I told her she was the one being rude - and hung up.Excellent way for a manager to respond.I am done going to that store.

Once I got my order completed via BK app (somehow it skipped an added choice to my item ?), it was acknowledged & ready in like 5 min. The drive thru team was on it! Knew it was start of dinner "rush", wasn't busy yet, so would give 4.5 ⭐ for service, only because delivery window person seemed in a hurry to give my order, a very quick T-Y, have a nice evening B4 dismissing me. I guess I expected to be able to return the sentiment. ?

This was the most expensive Burger King I have ever been to. 2 whoppers and two drinks was something like 25$. This was with NO fries. If I'm in this area again I will try to avoid the BK.

For months now, people haven't been able to go in the lobby to eat, making things difficult when you show up in multiple cars!
The drivethru girl at the first window who took our money was rude and was asking like we were interrupting what every she was doing and i couldnt even add sause to my order before she shut the window.

At 1:25 ish pm We purchased an Italian chicken sandwich, am onion rings, a jr. cheese burger and 3 plain patties ( for dogs treat) got home and noticed my chicken sandwich was not it something else. Called spoke with Manager Kelly she was Extremely Rude and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE on phone! She said if I brought burger back I can get my correct one that I previously ordered. I said I’m not driving all the way back since I have burger in garbage she said bring it out of garbage I’m like I’m not going to dumpster dive our garbage and spend the price of gas to return for your mistake ?I paid 19.97 for a fast bite with girl friend and I would have expected her to offer a Italian chicken sandwich for the future when I’m available. But no she was RUDE RUDE RUDE!! It’s not coming out of her check to show wonderful customer service. I will post this comment in other sites as well . Thank you Kelly

It’s Saturday night, came by the Burger King in Rochester Wa at 11:36pm and it’s already closed?? Internet says midnight it closes. Holiday weekend, a lot of travelers. Why would it be closed?
