Clean inside. Food was relatively fresh and quick to serve. Opted for the packet ketchup, the water pump. My mistake ketchup pump as it was serving two cups of water with every press. Fountain drinks could be a little crisper, but overall not a bad place to indulge

Everything they put out is delicious!

The cones are a good size. They do sell pup cups but they do not tell you in advance that they charge you and they are almost a dollar per cup.

Ok food quiet place not crowded

The Dairy Queen in Grand Mound has an extremely toxic environment after I witnessed one of the shift leaders who had brown hair with highlights yell at one of the workers publicly. He was straight up screaming at her and was so angry and aggressive in front of the customers as well as the workers. It was unprofessional and should’ve been done in a more private and calm manner. The issue wasn’t even severe and his reaction was completely unnecessary as the worker was just trying to rectify an issue through customer service.

Marginally better than McDonald's, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, only worth it with a deal, but the good ones never last long..... Customer service is trash, and don't get cones, they are pathetic. I guess it doesn't help that they are run by teens

BEST double cheeseburger deluxe!!!! BEST quality fries AND onion rings…and DQ is the only one who knows how to make a chocolate shake.

This dairy queen's pretty clean for being over 20 years old.

Vegetarian options: Since this restaurant is mainly focused on a dairy product, soft serve ice cream. For example, I don't think that there is going to be many vegetarian options. Although I don't remember ever seeing one on the menu, there probably is some type of ice cream or something there that someone can enjoy after a good meal. That is allergy to dairy products
