Lots of employees standing around. Nobody took my order or greeted me so I walked out. Guess they didn’t need the business. Employees had some great conversations about Aberdeen and other stuff though.

Wanted to order a blizzard for me and my bird and seen no sign saying no animals allowed posted, so I went in the facility with my bird since she cannot wait in the car unattended and proceeded to order when the manager I assume comes out and pretty much calls me stupid for not knowing my bird was not allowed in the facility without posted notifications on the building. I will never eat at this place again after being disrespected due to the restaurant not posting the signs saying no animals.

The young man working the front counter today at 7:pm deserves a raise or at least positive credit. I ordered a chicken salad and it was not made aware it had pork on it and I don’t eat pork. I went back in and he very quickly was willing to remake the salad because of not being advertised. The cook in the back was displeased and the young man handled the situation with kindness, understanding, and care. Watching him work while waiting, you can tell he is a young man of good character. Thank you.

The food is good and blizzards are awesome but there are a couple of employees that can't take a joke or are very uptight. I wish I would have taken my receipt so I had her name but we were joking and she must have taken it the wrong way which is fine maybe she was having a bad day and I wasn't that funny but then she refused to hand us our food.. she made the person that went to hand it to her give it to us which was weird and inappropriate just ignore us and do your job no need for a tantrum. Sorry for joking and I might be going out of my way for dairy queen from now on lol

I went through the drive through Tuesday at7:50 the girl in window so rude clearly talking her frustrations out on me nearly threw my food to me and was just so rude she was blonde and again so rude oh and gave me not a single ranch when I even payed extra for a extra one

Went to drive through. Placed a order. Got to window and they would not take cash payment. It is federal required to do so. We went next door to McDonald's and only paid half as much ... Suck the mcshake🤣

Ordered 3 blizzards and unfortunately all 3 were overmixed. 2 of them were made incorrectly (one missing chocolate ice cream and fudge sauce and the other missing extra pieces.) The receipt did not reflect was ordered which means there was an issue with the order being placed incorrectly. I get it, it was very busy but it seems very hit or miss at this location. I have gotten amazing blizzards and then some mixed up orders.

Clean inside. Food was relatively fresh and quick to serve. Opted for the packet ketchup, the water pump. My mistake ketchup pump as it was serving two cups of water with every press. Fountain drinks could be a little crisper, but overall not a bad place to indulge
