Wow, I didn’t expect to have such a good day thanks to the baristas! I walked up to the window and the brunette lady welcomed me with a huge smile! She was super happy to hear it was my first time, and I’m very glad I made the stop 😄
The focus on kindness and pleasing their customers is amazing. In a day when volume is more important than consideration Dutch Brothers does it in style. I love these guys. It's infectious it makes my whole day better.

The baristas (Broistas) are so friendly. They take it upon themselves to make you have a better day. It made my day when one gal said, “you’re really pretty by the way.” And another gal said, “your eyes are really pretty” another day. They make a point to get to know you.
Our favorite Broista is Carson who always makes us feel so loved. He is a great guy.
